Level 6 personnel

Personnel given Level 6 are usually O5 council or internal mobile task force. They can also rarely be given to ISD. They can also be given to Site directors. Level 6 is WIP and is not yet developed for the foundation. They can also be given to high rank logistics personnel. Any personnel below IA to be seen having level 6 are to be terminated.
