Containment Procedures: SCP-4151 is to be contained in a small air-tight cryo chamber in Site-██
The chamber is to be sealed shut at all times and guarded by Level 4 personnel or higher and must be monitored at regular intervals.The temperature of the chamber MUST stay within the bracket of -50 to -60 degrees celsius. Should the temperature fall even 1 degree out of this bracket a containment breach is highly probable.To combat this, The cryo chamber is to be completely sealed by tape doused in Liquid Nitrogen as its secondary containment ,and the tape is to be re-coated in Liquid Nitrogen every 12 hours .It must also be noted that infrared cameras are to remain affixed on 4151's chamber all day and every day to monitor movements.
Any experimentation on SCP-4151 currently awaiting approval from at least 2 Level 4 personnel or higher

Description: SCP-4151 appears to be a diminutive, dark ghost-like figure, with bright white eyes and mouth that are illuminated on its face. The figure appears to also have short arms and legs that are proportionate to its body. Due to the figure's ethereal state any measurements on weight are non-applicable. But we estimate the figure is somewhere between 152 and 162cm in height, though we do not have an official recording of its height.
The figure is not innately malicious at all but appears to pose some threat to on-site personnel as a result of his mischievous behaviour. The being is poltergeist-like in nature and an advocate of mischief and delinquency, and would move around the facility causing trouble, namely breaking the [REDACTED] and trashing the C wing of Site-██ ,and anything that was made contact with by SCP-4151 is coated with a thick black stain that cannot be removed. Its most notable anomalous property however, is its ability to recreate itself as a manifestation of someone known to one, be it a friend or a relative. It must be noted that SCP-4151 cannot manifest itself as deceased personnel, only beings who are living. SCP-4151 does not do this to spite or upset anyone in the facility, it seems it sees everything it does as some sort of game or trickery. The one proven method of preventing SCP-4151 from causing such confusion around the facility is to seal it in an air-tight cryo chamber with the temperature set anywhere between -50 and -60 degrees Celsius.
It is understood that should anyone be able to capture SCP-4151 that the temperature MUST stay within this temperature bracket, because if it were to fall outside the bracket, SCP-4151 can simply phase through the cryo chamber, regardless of whether or not it is sealed up, it is currently unknown why SCP-4151 cannot phase through the chamber at temperatures -50 to -60 degrees Celsius. It is also understood SCP-4151 cannot manifest when in close proximity of Liquid Nitrogen, with reports claiming when near Liquid Nitrogen it begins to squeal loudly and a burning aroma fills the air.SCP-4151 can also not phase through any object that has been coated in Liquid Nitrogen. However, because SCP-4151 likes to manifest often and it is inconclusive exactly the time gate between manifestations, as well as attempting to distinguish the genuine person from the SCP-4151 manifestation and then detaining SCP-4151 proves incredibly difficult and can result in mistaken identity. The one sign that is given off that distinguishes the SCP-4151 manifestation from the actual person is faint black smoke coming from every orifice on the manifestation's face, though at times this can be difficult to notice.

Incident log 4151-A: During Dr. ████and Dr. ███coffee break, they spotted what appeared to be a staff member's body slump to the ground, a shadowy figure then appeared, and began flinging spoons, sugar satchets and coffee cups around the room, all while giggling hysterically, Dr. ████and Dr. ███ducked for cover before the figure then left the room, not before unplugging a microwave and tipping it onto the floor, as well as smashing one of the vending machines by the doorway however, with soft drink spilled all over the floor. A Task force was called to the area and scouted the entire region, but they could only find the room stained with thick black lines and nothing else. It was discovered 4151 had breached both levels of containment and was wandering the facility completely unnoticed, destroying equipment and injuring one member of staff with a computer monitor which was launched at the staff member.

Incident log 4151-B:Head Researcher. ████ was in her private quarters when what she believed was her work colleague, Dr. ███walk in. She thought she could see a thin trail of black smoke coming from his eyes but she dismissed it as her brain playing tricks on her. She offered Dr. ███ some tea, and he obliged, nodding his head. The manifestation drunk the tea before SCP-4151 then revealed itself, picking up a chair then launching it across the room. SCP-4151 proceeded to smash the computer on the desk using the keyboard. Head researcher. ████ screamed in shock, ducking under her table. SCP-4151 continued to launch things across the room at random before shifting to behind the desk. SCP-4151 snickered loudly then left the room, Head Researcher.████ got out from under the table, to see a note scribbled on the wall which read, 'Thanks for the tea it was delicious', the note then disappeared. Much like Incident 4188-A, SCP-4151 had breached its containment and entered multiple offices, destroying computers and hard drives holding vital test information. The plan to implement the liquid nitrogen coated tape was approved and was implemented ASAP

Incident log 4151-C:Dr. ████ was taking notes after a series of tests on [DATA EXPUNGED] when he felt something breeze past his shoulder, he looked up then was hit in the head by a small plastic object, he looked down then discovered it was a pencil. Upon looking back up Dr.████ was hit in the head by another pencil, then an eraser. He swiftly got up out of his chair and out of the room, SCP-4188 followed and swiftly overtook him. He ran into who he believed was Dr.████ ,he asked him if he had noticed any strange items being thrown around site-██ the manifestation responded by slapping him in the face then revealing SCP-4151. Dr. ████ tried to grab the figure, but 4151 ducked underneath him, then popped back up, then ducked down again. Other personnel caught sight of Dr. ████ in distress and rushed towards him, at which point SCP-4151 disappeared. It is understood 4188 had for the 3rd time in [REDACTED] months had breached containment and this time damaged several canisters of resin and paint, as well as causing a chemical spill putting [REDACTED] into lockdown for 2 hours, 4151 containment chamber now monitored with infrared cameras and guarded by level 4 personnel every hour of the day

Document 4151-1C: Dr Anborough's note on SCP-4151's behaviour
'I know that this is a foundation that is related with containing potentially dangerous, anomalous entities or objects, but this is something that is a mixed bag of anomalous and just plain aggrevating- the amount of reports I've had telling me this thing was nigh-on impossible to capture right now and is wrecking incredibly expensive technology and putting the facility and staff in danger is literally giving me a headache;
I used to get all my snacks/drinks from that vending machine and now we need to get a new one which won't be the same!
It will be classified as Euclid for the specific reason that while it can be contained, if it ever does get out of containment which has happened on a couple of occasions and gets a hold of the wrong equipment can be a real threat, and can fool us all by posing as a member of staff in the process. We understand it can't do its stupid manifestation property when in an environment of -50 to -60, so unless we stick the stupid thing in Siberia or Antarctica, we'll have to take the costly route and contain it in a huge freezer of some sort, if we can even catch the [REDACTED] thing!
