On ██/██/19██ at approximately 13:██ Dr.██████ had just been granted permission to conduct the first test on SCP-XXXX with II Class-D personnel by O5-█. Dr.██████ instructed I of the II Class-D personnel to enter SCP-XXXX's temporary containment chamber at the time which was a reinforced steel material and make physical contact with the SCP. Class-D █████ obeyed and did so with minimal hesitation. After waiting approximately ██ minutes, Dr.██████ concluded that physical contact did not make the SCP active or have an affect on Class-D █████. He then removed Class-D █████ and informed the second Class-D to enter the containment chamber. This time, he informed the Class-D to ingest a small amount of the plant, assuming it was safe for human consumption. The Class-D (Now known as SCP-XXXX-A) complained of dizziness/drowsiness and struggled to maintain balance. SCP-XXXX-A then slumped against the East wall of the containment chamber and appeared to be unconscious. Dr. ██████ did not immediately respond to this as there were still signs of life in the containment chamber.
After waiting 10 minutes, Dr.██████ sent II MTF into the chamber to retrieve SCP-XXX-A. As the MTF operatives approached SCP-XXXX-A, SCP-XXXX-A looked up from to the operatives. The operatives were in shock and recalled SCP-XXXX-A's pupils had disappeared and SCP-XXXX-A's eyes had turned a milky white.
After around ██ Minutes, SCP-XXXX-A returned to normal and Dr. ██████ concluded the test and sent SCP-XXXX-A for debriefing and a physiology examination. All tests proved that SCP-XXXX-A showed no signs of remembering any events inside the chamber.

Dr.███████ - The date is ██/██/19██, I am sat here with AGENT-████████ and Class-D ████. Class-D █████ has just undergone the first tes… *examination* of the effects of SCP-XXXX which has recently arrived at the facility and I have been tasked with discovering the SCP's capabilities. Class-D ████, please describe everything you recall up until the moment you were removed from the containment chamber by MTF Operatives.

Class D ████ - I-, I don't recall much. Sir.
Dr. ██████ - Recall what you can.
Class D ████ - All I remember is, going in. Eating that… that THING, and feeling dizzy. I fell and then just remembered being carried to the medical ward. That is ALL I remember.
Dr ██████ - Is that all Class D █████?
Class D ████ - Look, I told you its all I remember, so its all I remember. Okay?
Dr ██████ - Loose the attitude ████, I am just trying to help you here.
Class D ████ - Help me!? All you're doing here is using me as your test dummy then when you're finished I will just be thrown out like an unwanted puppy!

The following morning, three personnel requested to have a counselling session after they all heard whispering voices in their heads. All three personnel have no other conditions or mental illnesses that may cause this so this caused confusion. Dr.██████ eventually caught wind of the incident and interviewed all three personnel who reported this. Two of the three tapes were damaged in unknown circumstances but Tape-AB32 has been kept safe and untouched.

ST ████ - So, I was fixing one of the lighting fixtures around Sector █ as I was called there after reports of it flickering and buzzing, so I got my ladder and equipment…

ST ████ - Ah! Sorry I'm known for being a bit of a waffler. So I was just going by my duties and suddenly I felt like I'd frozen on the spot. Like my brain was telling me to move but my limbs were just saying no,

ST ████ - And then all of a sudden, I started hearing this whisper in my head. But I couldn't see anyone around.
Dr ██████ - Can you describe the whisper to me? For example, the tone, speed etc.
ST ████ - It was definitely a woman's whisper, it was just normal I guess apart from…
Dr ██████ - Can you recall what was being said?
ST ████ - Well if you let me finish I was just getting to that. The thing is, I don't know what it said. It was in some weird language. It wasn't like anything I'd heard before.
Dr ██████ - And how long did this go on for?
ST ████ - I'd say a good 5 minutes

Dr ██████ gained permissions to look over the site's surveillance system and proved that the Senior Technician was there at the time. He looked over the other two personnel's claims and made the discovery that they were all at least within a 50 Meter radius of the containment chamber at time of testing. He also made the discovery that all three victims eyes turned the same milky white as SCP-XXX-A. Dr ██████ noted this all down and began to write up a description and possible containment procedures proposal for the SCP.
3 Weeks later, Security Personnel has reported Class D ████ showing signs of anger a lot more and his aggression was beginning to get out of hand. The Security Department tried to place Class D ████ into solitary confinement until he calmed down and collected him self but as he was being escorted to his new cell, he brutally killed the SD escorting him by ripping out his vital organs and rearranging them. (See addendum 1A) Class D ████ (Now re-classed as SCP-XXXX-A) killed everyone who got in its way until it reached the three SCP-XXX-B's and brutally murdered them. SCP-XXX-A then seemed to calm again but 5 minutes later it stood once again this time with abnormal strength, SCP-XXX-A then began to charge through walls in the direction of SCP-XXXX's cell.
Once arrived at the cell, SCP-XXX-A tore SCP-XXX from the soil it was placed in and walk right out of the facility, seemingly to be bulletproof from every bullet MTF threw at it. Once SCP-XXX-A had left the facility, its body seemed to spasm uncontrollably, boil like masses seemed to grow at different sizes onto its body and then burst leaving SCP-XXX-A neutralised leaving a boiling pool of blood.
Unit Epsilon-11 then took SCP-XXX back into the facility while containment procedures are being revised. Testing is halted until SCP-XXX has been placed into a permanent cell See addendum 1B.
