Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX Is to be kept in a refrigerator that is frequently used by human beings at least 3 times every day.

Description: SCP-XXXX Is a 16oz glass cup of orange juice. SCP-XXXX has three anomalous effects. First, any person who sees SCP-XXXX will begin to feel a compulsion to drink the contents of the cup. Any person who attempts to drink SCP-XXXX will drink until their stomach is full as the contents of SCP-XXXX do not seem to decrease in volume. This effect does not occur in anyone who is either allergic or has a strong enough dislike of orange juice. Second, if the refrigerator SCP-XXXX is stored in is not used at least 3 times within 24 hours, SCP-XXXX will teleport to an unoccupied spot in a new refrigerator. It is not yet known if there is a limit to the distance it can travel. Third, any person who ingests SCP-XXXX will be known as SCP-XXXX-1. Approximately 24 hours after ingesting SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-1's body and any clothing it is currently wearing will begin to transform into a puddle of orange juice.¹

Discovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered after an investigation was launched into the disappearance of 5 families, and 6 different detectives in Chicago. Agent- ███████ obtained SCP-XXXX after he noticed 3 police officers all drinking from the same cup of orange juice, and observed the contents of the cup remaining the same. When he asked the officers what they were doing, they expressed confusion as to the question they were being asked.²

Addendum: Containment of SCP-XXXX has been moved to a special cell for 5 D-Class personnel who have shown either an allergy to orange juice or a strong enough dislike of orange juice as to negate the memetic effects of SCP-XXXX. Any D-class assigned to SCP-XXXX is to be told that SCP-XXXX is to remain in the refrigerator and not to be removed under any circumstances.³

Addendum 2: After an incident were two facility guards were killed due to the ill-effects of SCP-XXXX, any person working near or around SCP-XXXX is to be told that the refrigerator is to be used only by D-class personnel. Any failure to comply with this rule will be met with sufficient punishment.⁴
