Description: SCP-4529 Is a shadowy figure with a bright red tie with white eyes in a formal outfit weight is unknown, height is 2.5m tall if seen it will disappear and stay in the observer's pictures until you die it goes back to its containment cell. And, personnel near the cell hear mumbling sometimes saying short word's phrases. And, is considered sapient due to multiple tests seeing that it can also speak English.
