Transport Procedures:
Transporting SCP-XXXX is only to be done under the orders Class A personnel only, Class C personnel and above may transport SCP-XXXX; any personnel ordered to transport SCP-XXXX under Class B must be administered 75mg of Class H Amnestics. Class B personnel will be administered Class C Amnestics upon transporting SCP-XXXX to it's destination, removing memories pertaining the location of SCP-XXXX.
Transporting SCP-XXXX must be done so in conjunction with three additional transports that may or may not contain any SCP objects.
Administration of Amnestics is to be applied randomly to the additional transports under the orders of Class A personnel. Personnel administering will do so under the influence of Class H Amnestics; Any of such transports require the presence of atleast one Class B person chosen by Class A personnel, every member of the transportation team must under scrutinous observation via STARFIRE1.
Handing off SCP-XXXX must be performed under supervision of Class A personnel either electronically or personally.
Secure Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is required to be secured within a facility accessible only to Class C personnel and above any personnel below Class C must be applied amnestics to purge any knowledge of SCP-XXXX, this precaution is due to the ██████ incident.
The dimensions of SCP-XXXX containment are not important so long as it is contained within a faraday cage to prevent any attempt to tamper with SCP-XXXX or any personnel within or otherwise send or tamper with information contained within the cell. Under no circumstances should personnel interact with SCP-XXXX without direct verbal orders from Class A personnel or Class B with evidence of orders from Class A; failure to adhere to these procedures can raise the disruption class up to Amida and the risk class to Critical2

Involvement with SCP-XXXX
John Childs is a former military engineer of the British Army his status is Level 6 (Shoot on Sight) currently at the time of creating this document . John has a wide range of skills that make him a deadly threat, however, his involement with SCP-XXXX compounds this risk; we have reason to believe that after the military raid on ██████████ with information leaked to the Foundation he managed to smuggle SCP-XXXX. We have reason to believe this information was purposefully leaked and leads to a deeper threat from the Chaos Insurgency.
John is believed to have used SCP-XXXX to perform several murders under the guidance of the Chaos Insurgency.
Due to the events of the █████ incident we know John was able to swap his consciousness with ████ ████, a former inmate and military comrade and embed himself as a Class E member reversing any effects of SCP-████ allowing John to pass all tests clearing him from Class E back to Class C status.
John managed to infiltrate our Testing Facility Site ██████ giving him direct access to SCP-XXXX under the guise of ████ ████.
