Special Containment Procedures: Staff must provide at least 78 million calories daily. This can be administered in any form due to the subject’s high tolerance to hazardous materials, but the most efficient form is manufactured tubs of lard. A private company within the SCP Foundation is tasked with supplying the required calories to SCP-XXXX. Several back-up sources exist in the event the primary producer should be compromised. The companies must keep contact with the administrator presiding over the imprisonment of SCP-XXXX to allow for maximum predictability of its food source.
It is contained within an underground bunker requiring Level 4 clearance or above for entry, to minimize the potential of escape in a lockdown scenario. SCP-XXXX's cell is 6 by 6 by 6 metres in size. The walls and ceiling are made up of titanium, but the floor requires strenx performance steel to maintain its integrity. Repairs must be made every 2 days to its cell to avoid the flooring or walls being compromised by its anomalous abilities. Construction requires sufficient lengths of time, which are provided for by the F.C.S (four cell system). SCP-XXXX is lured between holding cells using food items comprised of fats and sugars (supplied by the deluxe bakery located in the primary facility). This task is controlled by automatic doors between the cells, which are repaired and assessed within cells where SCP-XXXX is no longer present. Biological suits or protective equipment are not necessary for completing this task, as the subject has shown no latent, environmental, anomalous activity. 24 hour surveillance must be maintained on the subject.
Those maintaining the security of SCP-XXXX may become irrational and attempt to free it due to its anomalous effect on personnel. This has necessitated daily observation on the staff from a responding unit within 500 metres of the bunker, who have the ability to trigger a lockdown under authorisation of Level X personnel. The maximum, allotted time provided for operating a security role, regarding SCP-XXXX, is a consecutive time period of 3 weeks. A 2 week release period is mandatory to protect against any psychological manipulation, or anomalous effects. During this time staff can still work in the facility but only on maintaining the elevator for sending nutrition packages during operation S.M.A. A failure in this procedure should be treated as a medical threat and class A personnel are to apprehend any deviants.
Description: SCP-XXXX has been recorded to change in size based on its emotional state. Research into this has concluded that to stabilize its mood and dimensions, it requires a daily amount of calories to be ingested. This is the only known way of neutralizing the subject. If it fails to receive its nutrition, then it will attempt to procure this from any nearby objects. When placid the subject remains at a 3 metre height and weighs 0 kilograms. SCP-XXXX naturally exudes an anomalous ‘gravity effect’ around itself, and this can intensify if its calorie intake is not delivered. It is hypothesized that this is to reduce resistance from unwilling nutrition sources.
The subject refers to itself as “Susan Smith” but no origin for this name has ever been recovered. When this name is said around any SCPs (with consciousness, as discovered by Dr Rosalind Banklin) they begin acting anomalously, and behave as if they are in danger. This effect has not been observed in any other keter class subjects. It’s body appears to be a female human’s but its proportions are distended, causing it to be balloon-like in shape. There have been previous avatars for SCP-XXXX but little variation in this appearance. When in contact with a physical barrier of any kind, the mass will slowly disappear into the subject’s body as recordings of its activity have documented. SCP-XXXX, when near personnel for periods greater than 3 weeks, can cause an inexplicable reverse of age and the loss of memory.
During the “Rage Event” SCP-XXXX became extremely livid and broke out of its cell due to insufficient calories, and displayed a unique ability to cause the decomposition of telomeres in staff (aging). The responding unit sent 25, Level X soldiers to neutralize the threat, due of the confidentiality of SCP-XXXX’s existence. Operation S.M.A (satiate mother’s appetite) was enacted and a cubic tonne of lard carried in a steel container was sent down the emergency shaft installed in the facility. After a six hour period personnel were sent down to the subject, and it was found in its cell with an elderly woman taking care of it. Class-A amnestic were administered to all 25 responding units, as to keep SCP-XXXX's existence classified. Recorded camera footage showed the subject masticating staff before ingesting them, and receiving anomalous, pink photons from personnel who were aging. Footage displays SCP-XXXX forcibly entering the panic room and attacking the woman who was there. It is believed she survived, only suffering an increase in age, because SCP-XXXX was distracted by the elevator delivery.
