Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a locked, standard containment room with no less than 1 armed guard outside at all times. Absolutely no Keter or Euclid class SCP's are to be allowed within 25 meters of the containment room. Interaction with SCP-XXXX requires permission from a level three class personnel or higher.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 2011 White Toyota Sienna Limited Van, that has had the engine and tires removed from it. Every week, SCP-XXXX will release a person from the back of the van that has been recently kidnapped in world. After the person has been recovered from the back of the van, the radio in it will play a resounding jingle, and add 1 to the number on the display. Personnel believe this number is the amount of people that have gone through this teleportation-like process. These people have been deemed SCP-XXXX-3. Upon further interview and examination of SCP-XXXX-3, it has been discovered that they have no recollection of their identity, memories, and their knowledge has been deeply diminished. No attempts have been made at locating what is possibly a mirror van (deemed SCP-XXXX-2) taking these people.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was found in the Gulf Of Mexico after Florida police reported finding numerous missing persons that were kidnapped around the world. Steps were taken to capture this SCP immediately, and foundation personnel found SCP-XXXX approximately 3 miles off the coast, extremely waterlogged.
