Special Containment Procedures: The only individuals who may have access to information about SCP-XXXX are those who's psychological profile has been deemed to be able to handle the effects of SCP-XXXX-1 or those who already have knowledge of SCP-XXXX-1's abilities or appearance
Because of the nature of SCP-XXXX-1, it can't be physically contained. Those who have knowledge of SCP-XXXX-1, abilities or appearance, should be monitored. if they get attacked by SCP-XXXX-1 and get hurt in the ways described in the description, they will be designated SCP-XXXX-2.
instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are allowed to freely roam in public spaces, as is their right since they are still considered people. However they should be monitored and given psychological treatment if requested or necessary. If any abnormal behaviour is observed that has not been observed before all instances of SCP-XXXX-2 should be contained until the new behaviour has been investigated and it's threat has been determined. Actions afterwards should be determined based on the threat of the new behaviour to humanity.
If an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 dies they should be contained IMMEDIATELY and should not be viewed by those who do not know about SCP-XXXX or those whose psychological profile has not been deemed fit to handle the effects of SCP-XXXX-1. After death the instance of SCP-XXXX-2 will be now designated as SCP-XXXX-3
Instances of SCP-XXXX-3 should be kept contained and preferably terminated by incineration, however they may also be used for scientific research if requested. Those who don't have knowledge of SCP-XXXX or are not deemed fit to handle the effects of SCP-XXXX-1 should never have visual contact with instances of SCP-XXXX-3.

SCP-XXXX-1 is a non physical entity that is described as having the appearance of a thin, decaying woman with blood dripping down over it's body. Based on the weight and height of instances of SCP-XXXX-3, it would have the weight of around 72 kg and a height of 1.6m
If an individual has knowledge of SCP-XXXX and has a fear that SCP-XXXX-1 can take advantage of, which most individuals do, at an unknown point in time(sometimes 5 mins after, sometimes 20 years, sometimes never, how long is extremely varied) while the individual is looking at themselves in a mirror, SCP-XXXX-1 may appear standing behind them to their left or right. seconds after, the individual will experience hallucinations terrifying for the individual that last only a couple of seconds, though for the individual may feel longer. if the individual shows any sign of fear during the hallucination, when the hallucination stops, they will become an instance of SCP-XXXX-2.
Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are individuals just like any other. however to the individual they see themselves as having the appearance of SCP-XXXX-1, whether it be in mirrors, images, videos, drawings/sketches or looking down at themselves. They have no abilities other then those which the species of the individual already have. The psychological effect on the individual varies, from the person never looking at themselves in mirrors, images, videos or drawings, to the person being driven insane. Psychological therapy has been found to help individuals affected by this, but the individual will still always see themselves as SCP-XXXX-1. If they die, when decaying they become an instance of SCP-XXXX-3.
Instances of SCP-XXXX-3 are physical entities which have the same appearance as described by those who have seen SCP-XXXX-1. They have a weight of 72 kg and a height of 1.6m. They are non-hostile but they run away from danger and have a running speed the same as the instance of SCP-XXXX-2 who died and became it. Instances of SCP-XXXX-3 are mute, generate no sound when doing anything and do not respond to attempted communication from anything, however they seem to have coordination with other instances of SCP-XXXX-3, when one instance of SCP-XXXX-3 is aware of and escaping a danger all other instances who are nearby but were before unaware will now be aware and try to escape the danger. Instances of SCP-XXXX-3 have the same strength, sight, hearing ability, speed etc. as the individual who died and became it. Those who have knowledge of SCP-XXXX but have not been attacked by SCP-XXXX-1 and die do not become instances of SCP-XXXX-3
