Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be allowed free residence in low clearance areas of the facility while accompanied by an agent when not participating in an assignment or test. When SCP-XXXX is not occupied with other tasks he is to return to his private quarters no later than 2200 hours where he must recount events of that day in either a written journal or voice recording.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a middle aged Caucasian male of average height and build with long black hair with no unusual features except for a thick Swedish accent and naturally yellow teeth. SCP-XXXX was recovered from his home in ████████, Virginia after an article of a man jumping in the way of a vehicle to save an elderly man when the vehicles tire blew out causing the vehicle to stop just in front of the two. Later during an interview after the fact SCP-XXXX mentioned that it had never been injured more than scrapes and bruises or ever been sick. Due to equipment failures it took four containment attempts before the MTF peacefully requested SCP-XXXX to come to the foundation.
