Special Containment Procedures: When contained, object should be placed into a metal .3m anomalous object containment cube through a specially designed one-way seal measuring 2mm x 5.5cm located on the top of the containment cube. The cube is then to be buried 2m beneath SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 is the designation given to the information regarding the location in which SCP-XXXX is buried and can be accessed. Persons that come into contact with SCP-XXXX-1 are to be amnesticized. A cycle of staff personnel is tasked with routinely accessing SCP-XXXX-1 in order to maintain continued observation of the area, and are given amnestics upon completion of their scheduled work days. SCP-XXXX-1 is determined through a randomly generated set of coordinates excluding bodies of water and urban areas, and a new location should be generated after each recontainment of SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an ordinary Texas state driver's licence belonging to a late Mrs. █████████ Gutierrez, a non-anomalous 43 year-old Texas resident who unfortunately died in childbirth on January █th 1987, seven months before the foundation's discovery of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is currently not in containment, and its current whereabouts are being tracked down by investigators. SCP-XXXX is believed to be somewhere in a Correos de Mexico holding mail room.

SCP-XXXX's main anomalous property is it's inability to be continuously contained or possessed by an individual or collective. SCP-XXXX is harmless in nature, but due to it's repeated breaches of containment, exhaust of foundation resources, and inherent anomalous inability to be contained, it's classification was thereby designated keter.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a large 40m x 40m x2.5m containment cell at site ██. Cell is to be offset from the rest of the site and extended into it via a 50m long hallway that widens from the standard 1m x 2.5m hallway dimensions to that of one of the outer walls of the containment cell, 40m x 2.5m. Plans to update and rebuild this containment cell into an elongated rotunda are underway. Outside this containment cell at an additional 50m distance from the exterior is a electrically gated perimeter. The space between this perimeter and the exterior walls of SCP-XXXX's containment cell are not to be accessed by any personel for any reason, and the perimeter itself is to be constantly monitored for trespassers or suspicious circumstance. There is to be no walls, barriers, or any obstructions between the interior of the containment cell and the end of the hallway where the access point to the cell is located. Any such obstructions are to be removed upon discovery and no testing is permitted unless there is a clear pathway back to the entrance of the cell. The door to SCP-XXXX's containment cell is to be locked and bolted when testing is not underway. Guards are to be stationed outside this entrance at all times.

Due to SCP-XXXX's anomalous nature of affecting one's spacial awareness, testing and interviews must be carried out via a tether system in which the personnel tasked with interacting with the entity are to wear a climbing harness tethered to a specialized winch placed at the end of the hallway just outside the door. Any testing involving requests to open SCP-XXXX's containment chamber for any reason are to be first approved by site administrators, all personnel involved in said testing must have level 4 clearance or higher, and additional security measures are to be taken in the event of a attempted containment breach by SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a small bipedal entity measuring approximately 131cm in height and 65lbs in weight. In appearance, SCP-XXXX is completely indistinguishable from an average 9-year-old human male besides the head, which more resembles that of some manner of bovine- the shape and build of which however, does not match any currently known bovine species.

SCP-XXXX is intelligent and sentient. However, it's mentality and personality resemble that which is typical of a 9-year-old human male. SCP-XXXX is to be monitored closely for its own protection, as it expresses great stress and depression as a result of its current situation. However, the severity of this has been greatly diminished since the scheduled interaction with SCP-999 on June ██, ████. Since this event, SCP-XXXX has ceased all explicitly self-destructive behaviors.

SCP-XXXX's anomalous capabilities exist within an area of effect measuring roughly 40m from SCP-XXXX's current position at any given time. The strength of these effects become more severe the closer in proximity someone or something is to SCP-XXXX. This anomalous area causes two effects: conductivity reduction in electrical currents, and extreme psychoactive effects in people. These psychoactive effects are described as being somewhat psychedelic and affects people in different ways however with an extremely prevalent consistency among all tests being the extreme lack of physical spatial awareness. This lack of awareness will almost always cause extreme confusion in the affected individual, causing them to become lost and unaware of where to go or how to navigate even the simplest of obstacles and spaces.
