The Woman and The Mask Draft

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within its cell (3 meters x 3 meters x 3 meters, walls and cell door thickened and fortified with hardened steel) at all times and under no circumstances can SCP-XXXX-2 be touched by skin contact or be damaged in any form.
SCP-XXXX must be locked into its specialized BLD1 at all times during feeding, and any damage to the BLD is to be reported immediately. Under no circumstance whatsoever should SCP-XXXX-2 be touched or damaged, and if contact or damage occurs, all personnel are to evacuate the area immediately, and security is to be sent in for re-containment of the entity.
SCP-XXXX is to be fed once per day a meal of: 2 slices of bread, 1 hard boiled egg, 5 slices of carrots, and 2 small portions of raw meat. XXXX is to be fed by qualified personnel using the proper equipment developed for said task, and is to do so without making skin contact to or damaging SCP-XXXX-2.
If subject refuses to lock into the XXXX BLD, subject will be denied feeding until cooperation is received, if severe signs of starvation begin to occur, sedation procedures are to be authorized, so that SCP-XXXX may be safely locked into the BLD for feeding.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid female, standing at 1.9 meters tall, the hair and skin of the subject being pale white. Multiple scars can be seen around its neck, palms, and fingers, the origin of said scars is currently unknown.
SCP-XXXX has been observed always wearing a mask, which has been designated as SCP-XXXX-2, the object is identified as the face piece of a mannequin, cut off from the head of the mannequin by unknown means, and crafted into a mask the eyes of the mask open to allow SCP-XXXX to see. SCP-XXXX-2 has no straps or pieces of any kind on it to hold the mask on SCP-XXXX’s face, and it has been confirmed through interview that the mask is attached to the face of SCP-XXXX.
All attempts to remove SCP-XXXX-2 from SCP-XXXX have failed, and have tended to result in casualties, containment breach, or both, and any damage to SCP-XXXX-2 is eventually “regenerated” by unknown means, and SCP-XXXX seems to share this regeneration, healing wounds in very little time.
The materials SCP-XXXX-2 are made of are currently unknown, what is known is that its made from a very fragile material, that turns to a simple dust quickly after separation from the main object, and damage to the mask can occur very easy, making the development of equipment and procedures to handle this top priority.
During the initial improvised interview, SCP-XXXX-2 was confirmed as a living creature, having a mind of its own, able to fluently speak, having a raspy voice, male in nature (SCP-XXXX also refers to it as male). When the eyes of the mannequin mask close, SCP-XXXX-2 becomes able to talk, having full control of SCP-XXXX’s body to do so, first observed doing this during the interview, answering a few questions before giving control back to XXXX.
While SCP-XXXX-2 was in control, the answers it gave to questions led to the confirmation that it was separate, thinking entity, and that SCP-XXXX enjoys SCP-XXXX-2 attached to it, the two entities seeming to have a high level of kinship to one another.
The most compelling answer given was when XXXX-2 was asked what its motives behind escaping the facility were, it said quote: “To put it simply, I need to get home, and your foundation is in my way.” When asked exactly what this “home” was, control was switched to XXXX, and XXXX refused to answer any further questions.
SCP-XXXX has been witnessed on first encounter to have extreme levels of strength and speed, far beyond the average human, with a jump height of 6 meters, while exact levels of strength and speed are unknown, XXXX was witnessed tearing in half bodies of the members of MTF-Beta-12 (“Iron wall").
When damage (Note that self inflicted damage does not seem to affect SCP-XXXX) or contact through the fingers or hands from anyone other than SCP-XXXX is physically felt by SCP-XXXX-2, SCP-XXXX has been documented to enter an enraged state, its already high amount of strength and speed increasing, allowing it to break free of its BLD if locked into it, and breach containment.
Any attempts to communicate with SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX-2 whilst in this state have failed, and MTF-Beta-12 survivors have said that eye contact with SCP-XXXX during this state of rage caused high heartrates, blurred vision, and symptoms of an anxiety attack. One member was recorded even going into cardiac arrest upon eye contact with SCP-XXXX during this state.
However, not all members of MTF-Beta-12 experienced these symptoms when making eye contact with the entity, eluding to possible factors based on the target making eye contact determining whether these symptoms occur.
The amount of time this enraged state lasts, and how powerful SCP-XXXX becomes during said state, seems to depend on the circumstances the mask was affected, in the case of damage, the more damage inflicted on the mask, the longer its enraged state lasts and the more powerful the effects are, in the case of contact, it is simply in this state for a few minutes.
After its rage dies down, SCP-XXXX either becomes quite weak for a while, or it passes out, in the case of initial encounter, it passed out, which was what allowed capture and containment, development of its specialized equipment was quickly underway shortly after being brought to containment on Site- ██.
Addendum:
Experimentation to discover possible abilities that haven’t been shown yet, measure its strength and speed properly, and learn more about its enraged state, and how to better counteract said state, has not been properly discussed at the time of the writing of this document, May ██ of ████. While the first initial interview was under circumstances that allowed it to be unable to be documented, further interviews will be properly recorded, and added to the document.
On May ██ of ████, after large amounts of preparation, under the agreed terms that SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-2 would not become aggressive or decline questions in exchange for a chess table being added to the cell2 for 2 hours a day, SCP-XXXX was locked into its BLD and the cell was set up for an interview.
Object Specific Equipment:
As of now, there has only been one specialized piece of equipment made for SCP-XXXX, this being the XXXX Body Locking Device, which is a large mechanism built into the wall of XXXX’s cell, that allows SCP-XXXX to lock into, once locked into it, the device properly restrains all movement of XXXX’s body from the neck down, allowing for generally safe feeding of the entity.
While discussion of other pieces of equipment being developed to allow safer feeding and better containment of SCP-XXXX has been underway, no projects have been approved yet.
