Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: All museums worldwide able to support containment of SCP-XXXX are to do so by featuring them as exhibits. Museums whose annual visitor count does not reach at least [DATA REDACTED] do not need to assist in containment, with a few possible exceptions (see Incident Log 07/31/20██. The Foundation will offer compensation as appropriate, if the exhibition of SCP-XXXX has detrimentally affected museum operations. SCP-XXXX exhibits will be constantly interchanged with each other, with the quantity of museums involved preventing suspicion. Should a Cerulean level event occur, MTF Wonderland-6 ("Faux Runway") is to immediately be dispatched to the location and clear out any non-Foundation personnel in a 3km radius of the affected museum.
Description: SCP-XXXX is effectively fashion itself, which includes every style of clothing that mankind has been known to wear throughout history. While on display, the articles of clothing hold no anomalous properties, provided they are dated correctly and have been observed by a human within a week's time. Failure to do so, or if a human wearing incorrectly dated clothing which directly contradicts that of the exhibits', a Blue level event will occur.
Roughly 40% of all Blue level events tend to escalate into Cerulean level events. SCP-XXXX, however, follows predictable patterns in emergences of Blue Level events. Renaissance Fairs and large scale role-play are the primary cause, however, it has been shown that incorrectly dated clothing from the future can be equally capable of triggering an event.
