This anomaly looks seemingly impossible to contain, it is simply too large and can travel across the universe. It can be monitored with satellites such as those around Jupiter, and a new array that is under construction as of today. In the event that SCP 5001 approaches earth, we will have to prepare the entire planet in the event of a doomsday scenario, as this being seems to be capable of destroying the earth.
Description:
The little research done into SCP 5001 thus far has shown that it is likely the second oldest non-extradimesional SCP in the universe, behind only the creator of them all (SCP-001). Initial theories proposed it was meant to be the so-called "Right hand man" of SCP 001.
One day, the SCP popped up in the sky and was visible to huge portions of the earth. Nobody knew where it came from or when and why it had decided to come here. Everyone on Earth saw it as a massive ominous purple shadow approx. ████ Km in size. It's amorphous head showed three gloomy faces. One Gold, one white, and one crimson red.
Nobody knew what to make of SCP 5001. However upon realizing that it had made communications with everyone on earth, we saw a strange behavior. After what was assumed to be a short conversation, it started to talk among itself, and upon finishing it made a decree, and executed it almost immediately. Its power is unknown, as the extent of its decision-making has not been yet observed.

We later figured out following a site-wide containment breach at site ███ that SCP 5001 is able to communicate with other SCPs, manipulating them to do it's bidding [Log-2]. Speculations have gone into how it is capable of doing so, but no-one has been able to pinpoint how it could communicate with other anomalous forces.

Special Containment Procedures:
A series of satellites is too be monitoring the sun at all times in the event of any abnormalities within any of its layers. Attempts at monitoring SCP 5001-3 in specific have proven so far impossible, as the extreme conditions near the core of the star make the entity impossible to view under conventional means. SCP 5001-1 and SCP 5001-2 have done all the work for us in containing it, we need to monitor it.
Description:
The year is 21██, decades of studying whatever we could of this amorphous being, after the near destruction of the earth during The Great Judgement War 19-3-16, has led us to a baffling conclusion. SCP-5001 appears to be a remnant of life that existed close to the creation of the universe. It had been put asleep due to unknown causes until it awoke all that time ago. We assume that it was meant to be a judge for the universe, regulating all life forms that would ever exist, considering it could manipulate other SCPs. Speculations have now arisen that it could have even been the "assistant" to SCP-001 itself. Research into this being was a top priority ever since the end of the war.
We now understand that upon awaking from its slumber it headed to earth likely because of the high concentration of anomalous energies. In addition, we now know that it communicated among its faces before carrying out any judgement towards those that it deemed to be harming the universe. Furthermore, it was more than capable of destroying the earth and likely the galaxy. Finally, its been theorized that the long nap left the tribunal delirious, inhibiting its ability to make the most logical decision, ultimately leading to its demise.
Its three faces likely represented 3 emotional aspects that were necessarily to being impartial when carrying out its judgments. However, each side was presumably ruined following its fragmentation, the reason behind this being unknown. It is now 3 parts (SCP 5001-1, SCP 5001-2, and SCP 5001-3), each with its own property, their power in relation to the original SCP-5001 is unknown.
SCP 5001-1 appears to be the tribunal's good side, appearing golden in color. It appears to be on the side of the humans, fighting for us during times of emergency. It is to be left alone unless crisis strikes and a well-enough argument is presented for his aid
SCP 5001-2 appears to be the tribunal's neutral side, appearing white in color. It does not appear to fight for good or for evil unless forced to. It is also to be left alone and ideas for containment were feared to create a hostile reaction from the SCP that could be detrimental to the planet.
SCP 5001-3 is different. It is the evil side of SCP-5001, appearing deep red in color. It has a drive for pure destruction, and would likely not have hesitated in bringing the apocalypse in as swift of a manner as possible. Fortunately, a joint decision between SCP 5001-1 and SCP 5001-2 resulted in it being sealed it away near the core of the sun, where the extreme heat is supposed to keep it permanently incapacitated. This is the greatest display of power that has been observed to date.
We still have not been able to track down the place where it originally woke up.

Random addendum A: about ██ days after the war, a random personnel that walked into the second floor break room of a certain site discovered SCP-294 sitting unmoved and unscathed. A cup had been created bearing the words “neutrality is the path to enlightenment”. The cup was filled with weird translucent white liquid. Upon drinking, it was reported to taste like water. However, soon after drinking it the personnel was reported to have lost nearly all personal motivation in helping the foundation, and lost almost all sense of happiness, excitement, sadness, and anger. How SCP-294 resisted the words of the tribunal is as unknown as it is completely baffling
Random addendum B: Between the time SCP 5001-1, 2, and 3 had appeared to the moment SCP-5001-3 was sealed away in the sun, random personnel and SCPs alike were attacked by weird dopplegangers of themselves. In addition, a class 05 Overseer had allegedly gone insane, believing there was a being bent on expunging all evil in the universe using an… egg?!… To this day we still are trying to figure out whether that is what the Overseer actually said.
