Special Containment Procedures: SCP-45?? Is to be stored in a windowless, 2x2x2 meter, steel-encased room which is only to be accessible by a hatch in the ceiling of the room. Experiments on, and interacting with SCP-45?? requires confirmation from at least two members of the 05 council.
Description: SCP-45?? is a viscous, metallic, liquid that, when any human looks at it, it will transform into that person’s greatest fear, which will henceforth be called SCP-45??-A. SCP-45?? can stay in this form for anywhere from 2 hours to three weeks, depending on that person’s level of terror directed towards SCP-45??-A. SCP-45?? was found to have not only an immense telekinetic pull but it also causes death. In other situations, where the fear is something causing death, SCP-45??-A will be the direct cause of death. But in other situations where SCP-45??-A takes a less threatening form, such as that of the number 13, it will cause cardiac arrest in the subject in less than an hour. SCP-45?? Was found in [REDACTED] in Bulgaria.

SCP-45?? Was observed to become a Caucasian woman with blonde hair, about forty
D-████ was observed during the test to have his heart rate not only go up to a peak of 178 BPM while in the presence of SCP-45??.
D-████,after the test was observed to be shaking, and was sent to the infirmary, where the d-class died of cardiac arrest.

SCP-45?? was spread across the floor, and turned into an extremely realistic picture of the grand canyon, while D-█████ was standing on a catwalk above it. SCP-45??-A’s catwalk started to crack, and broke. D-█████ was found moments later, in the same place, with broken legs, arms, a fractured skull, and extreme brain damage. D-█████ died moments later.
