SCP-5079 is a cave located on the moon. The cave itself seems normal at first. But as soon as a person enters the cave they become intoxicated and unable to think rationally due to gas emitted from the cave. The cave seems to be enhabited by SCP-5079-2 a dog-like animal. They can be from white in color to blood red. They stand about 2 meters tall and 2 to 3 meters long. They seem to have a pack system. They do not seem affected by the gas emitted from the cave. When shot at by a Personal it had no effect on them. When approached by a person they become aggressive towards that person. They seem to have no need for air or food. They seem to not like bright light and will normally hide when the cave is towards the sun. When 2 D-Class personals entered the proximity of the cave SCP-5079-2 seemed to have been peaceful until the D-class personal entered the cave. Once they entered the cave SCP-5079-2 waited for the person to be intoxicated and then dismembered them. The foundation recovered the body and discovered that SCP-5079-2 used a poison called [REDACTED]. One of SCP-5079-2 was taken into a different area for further testing and was found out to die if was in contact with Vanadium.
