Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard iron box, locked and stored at Site-██. Approval of at least two (2) level 4 personnel is required before item may be removed from containment area, with a maximum time given in which it must be returned and the name of the person or persons currently in possession of it left by the containment. Any subject removing SCP-XXXX from containment should say the following or similar sentence to the personnel who admitted their access, “I give you express permission to access the items I place within SCP-XXXX”. Personnel found taking SCP-XXXX without permission, or personnel who fail to return SCP-XXXX to containment by allotted time will be terminated. In the event of finding SCP-XXXX outside of containment without the personnel whose name is currently by the containment, inform a member of level 3 or above security personnel immediately and ensure other persons do not interact with item.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a seemingly regular textile padded wallet with no originally obvious anomalous attributes its only defining feature is a singular label printed on with the words ‘The Factory’. SCP-XXXX was taken into foundation control after the death of a pickpocket and two police officers in the city of [REDACTED]. SCP-XXXX remembers the most recent person to store an item in it and allows them to access that item at any point.
