Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX has been neutralized, and is no longer required to be contained. Any further anomalous activity will be reported to the field director, and previous special containment procedures will be enacted.

All streets adjacent to SCP-XXXX are to be blocked, and traffic deviated to another route. Civilians seen entering or exiting SCP-XXXX are to be detained, thoroughly debriefed, amnesticised, and released. Any SCP-XXXX-1 instance seen exiting SCP-XXXX is to be terminated.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a city block in Paris, France, which underwent an event on 09/16/2013. This event is theorized to have been a spatial anomaly manifesting, and has caused the disappearance of all householders within SCP-XXXX. The householders were replaced by SCP-XXXX-1 instances.

SCP-XXXX-1 were entities physically identical to the householders within SCP-XXXX, but entirely lacked color in their clothes, skin, hair and eyes. Autopsies of SCP-XXXX-1 instances have shown that their blood and internal organs also lacked color. SCP-XXXX-1 instances, while having similar personalities with their counterparts, were more aggressive when not talked to for long periods of time. They acted as congitohazards; anyone who came into contact with them talk perceived them as the previous householders.

+ Exploration Log

D-91863 has been ordered to conduct an exploration of SCP-XXXX. He was fitted with a camera recording a live feed, a radio, a flashlight and a journal. The following is a transcript from his journal.

Okay, so, I'm at a desk right now, in one of the apartments. My camera's stopped working and the radio is fucked. At least my flashlight is working. It seems I'm the only one here. They've told me to explore the whole thing, except it's dark as hell in here, all the lights are off. Switches do nothing. No electricity, no signal. And the windows…you can't see outside, it's just a black void. I'm kinda creeped out, you know. I'll make my way through these hallways and see how it goes. I'm in here >alone, so nothing bad should happen, right?

Dammit, I'm not alone. There's these…things. They look human, eyes, hair and clothes alright, but they're in black and white. Like those old TVs. They can hear and see, and they can speak. But >I've been told not to touch or speak back to them. Thing is, they get pretty angry if you don't talk to them, so I had to run away from them a few times. The elevators are also out of service, no surprise. I'll make my way up to the seventh floor.

None of the rooms up here has anything. I've met more of those grey humanoids, one of them attacked me. He punched me in the nose, but I've been through worse. They don't run that fast, so I'm lucky. I'm kinda thirsty, and I don't have any more water. The fridges and drawers are empty. I hope I'll make my way out of here sooner.

I've been in this damn place for 13 hours, that's what my watch tells me, anyway. The vase water's not that tasty, but it's still water. I can't open the door to the rooftop, something's blocking it. I'll make my way outside, if I can find the door.

Couldn't find the exit, but I've entered the garden in the middle. I opened the door, and I've seen the weirdest fucking thing. I don't know how to describe it, the sky was distorted, colors >everywhere, as if I was on drugs or something. The things were coming out of there, the black and >white people. God, I want out of here. I think I'm going crazy.

I think I've found my way back, I recognize the hallways. Hope I can find the exit. I'm so hungry.

D-91863 exited the building, pale and visually tired. He received medical care, and later amnesticised.

What D-91863 saw was, most likely, a manifestation of another universe within our own, a sort of "collision". More explorations should be conducted as to determine the nature of this space-time anomaly.

An interview was conducted between Dr. Kalih and an instance of SCP-XXXX-1. The following is a transcription of the interview.

Dr.Kalih: Good morning. Please state your full name.

SCP-XXXX-1: I'm Henrietta Courtuvoi. Would you like something to drink?

Dr. Kalih: I'm good, thank you. Please state your age.

SCP-XXXX-1: 78, if I remember correctly.

Dr. Kalih: Good. Do you remember where you were on 09/16/2013?

SCP-XXXX-1: Of course! It was my birthday. I was in town with some old friends.

Dr. Kalih: Interesting. Did you notice anything different that day?

SCP-XXXX-1: No, not really. It was a bit brighter every day since then, though. I thought my vision was off, but my doctor assured me I was okay.

Dr. Kalih: Okay. Did anyone see something different about you since then?

SCP-XXXX-1: No, I'm still the old Henrietta to everybody.

Dr. Kalih: I understand. I'll have to leave now, thank you for your cooperation.

SCP-XXXX-1: You're most welcome. Say, would you come back for a cup of tea anytime soon?

Dr. Kalih: Unfortunately, I'm too busy.

Addendum: On 04/24/2015, the anomalous properties of SCP-XXXX ceased, SCP-XXXX-1 instances disappeared, and were replaced by the original householders. When questioned, the householders stated that they had no recollection of any event after their disappearance. They were later administered Class-C amnestics.
