SPC-XXXX is to be contained along side SPC-XXXX-A within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell outfitted with standard medical equipment necessary for treatment of SPC-XXXX-A. Under no circumstances are SPC-XXXX and SPC-XXXX-A to be separated for any length of time. Routine checks are to be made of the cell housing SPC-XXXX weekly, checking for any opportunities of breech by SPC-XXXX-B. Any potential point of containment breech discovered is to be sealed immediately. SPC-XXXX cell is to contain a single point of egress consisting of a 2 part airlock equipped with 4-WLF-878 Incineration units.
Description: SPC-XXXX appears to be a 6-8 year old, 127 cm tall 22.1 Kg female of unknown Asian decent with black hair, and extremely pallid skin. SCP-XXXX is dressed in what appears to be traditional Japanese garments fitting that of a pessant child from the 1800's. The subject is observed standing motionless at the foot of SPC-XXXX-A bed with eyes closed while inactive. Upon activation, SPC-XXXX has been observed emitting a high pitched scream exceeding 150dB as well as the opening of it's eyes. Upon opening it's eyes, SCP-XXXX-B are released from the ocular cavity in swarms numbering ███-██████. SPC-XXXX-B attacks and consumes any and all personnel present in the cell at this time with noted exception. Upon death of personnel, SPC-XXXX become inactive. SPC-XXXX-A appears to be unaffected by the SPC-XXXX's auditory emission and SPC-XXXX-B appear to be uninterested in causing SPC-XXXX-A any harm. Any attempt by male personnel to communicate or approach within a 5m radius SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX-A has been met with activation.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX has made no attempt to communicate with any personnel, though seems to be able to telepathically communicate with SCP-XXXX-A as she has been observed conversing with SPC-XXXX, oreferring to it as "Ikiyo Darling". Attempts by medical personnel to communicate SPC-XXXX by addressing it as "Ikiyo Darling" have resulted in the subject turning to face personnel before appearing to lose interest and returning to face SPC-XXXX-A. Attempts to retrieve biological samples from SPC-XXXX have been unsuccessful to date. Scalpels do not appear to be sharp enough to break the skin, hair is unable to be cut or pulled from the scalp and the skin can not be punctured using any known hypodermic needle. All attempts to collect biological samples have been met with the passive attention by SPC-XXXX. Personnel has since become reluctant to attempt sample retrieval since.
Numerous attempts have been made to interview SPC-XXXX-A to obtain information regarding SCP-XXXX and have been met with limited success due to SCP-XXXX suffering mid-late stage Alzheimer's Disease and Stage 3 NSCLC. See Attachemnt XXXX-A-1 - XXXX-A-5

Dr. █████████: I do apologize, it's become old habit. Lets start again. Good afternoon Helen, How are you feeling today?
XXXX: As well as can be expected I guess. You've got me hooked up to so many machines and tubes, I don't know what's goin' in or comin out!
Dr. █████████: I'm sorry you feel that way, I assure you it's all a necessary part of the treatment. However that isn't why I've come to speak to you today. I want to speak to you regarding XXXX.
XXXX: She has a name too!
Dr. █████████: Yes, you call her Ikiyo if I'm correct. What do you know about it. Do you know where it came from?
XXXX: SHE!
Dr. █████████: I apologize, Do you know where SHE came from?
XXXX: Well, She's always been here. Ever since I can remember she's always been with me. even when I was a little girl.
Dr. █████████: Has she ever told you WHY she is here?
XXXX: What do you mean why? She's here because she wants to be! Because she's my friend!
Dr. █████████: I see. And can you tell me WHAT she is?
XXXX: What are you tryin to get at doctor? You got eyes! You can see she's just a sweet little girl!
Dr. █████████: You don't find it strange that a young girl who befriended you as a child hasn't aged a day in your entire lifespan? That she never leaves your side? Or that she has attacked and killed multiple people before your very eyes?
XXXX: Well she's my friend! She protects me!
Dr. █████████: What is it she's protecting you from? What is it tha-
XXXX: Who are you? Where's Susan? What IS all this, where's my sister?
Dr. █████████: *sigh* SPC-XXXX-A has become agitated and is experiencing the onset of another manic episode. I think we're done here for today.

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX-A has stated the entity (SCP-XXXX) has been present for as long as she can recall, but has not expressed any knowledge of the entities purpose or of what the entity actually is. Recommend future interviews be conducted on days when subject is in a less agitated mood so as to avoid triggering of manic episodes.
