Description: SCP-1564 is a humanoid Male that is 6 feet and 2 inches tall. It wears all red clothing with a red hoodie covering it's face. Scp-1564 has no eyes but it's hearing it impeccable it can hear a pin dropped from 2 miles. Scp-1564 is a nocturnal hunter and is normally found on the side of empty highways waiting for a single lonely passer by to stop and try an help it so it can take it soul and make a clone of it's self know as Scp-1564-1. When Scp-1564 makes it's clone they them become mentally link.
