Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be kept in a 7x7x7 meter cell, encapsulated under multiple thick sheets of osmium plating. At least two surveillance cameras must be installed to monitor and observe when SCP-XXXX inevitably breaches containment.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a tall humanoid being measuring 2.59 meters in height. SCP-XXXX's skin tone is the same color as human rotten flesh. SCP-XXXX has the appearance of an overweight human. It weighs much more than it looks, weighing 982 kg. SCP-XXXX has trouble moving due to its extremely heavy weight. SCP-XXXX's bodily proportions are almost the same as an overweight male, other than the fact that its mouth is nearly triple the size of any human being.
SCP-XXXX has a natural tendency to constantly excrete a dangerous, unidentified, acidic gas from its mouth. The gas decays all tested substances it has come into contact with, some most substances decay at different speeds depending on their density. It can melt human flesh in a matter of minutes when exposed to it. (Human skin density: 1.02 g/cm2) The gas also destroys plant life almost instantaneously. The amount of gas and how long it takes to expand upon a certain area varies constantly, but on average (according to tests) usually takes 13 minutes for the gas to cover a 7km area.
SCP-XXXX poses an immense threat to the environment due to the fact its gas is nearly as dangerous as the amount of smoke produced by 12 lead smelters.
SCP-XXXX does not seem to be sentient; it does not show any signs of emotion. When breaching its containment it only seemed to wander around while letting its gas spread throughout the environment.
SCP-XXXX is a docile specimen, only engaging in hostility when in contact with fresh blood. SCP-XXXX's sense of smell is similar to that of a shark, being able to smell the scent of fresh blood from around 4.7 km away. When SCP-XXXX smells blood, it will begin shaking erratically, followed by screaming which can be heard through a radius of 2.38 km. SCP-XXXX will then emit it's toxic gas very quickly throughout a 9.12 km area, strongly affecting any living creature in the area due to the fact that the gas it secretes after reacting to blood is much stronger than its normal state, being capable of melting down humans to the bone in mere seconds. The gas will destroy all life forms that come into contact with it. The amount of blood it smells does not seem to affect the amount of gas it sends out when aggrovated.
