Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3147 is to be contained in a box measuring 20 meters on each side of reinforced, sound-proof steel. No alive/dead animals, including sapient/non-sapient animals such as ants, cockroaches, etc… may enter in a 15-meter radius from the exact location of SCP-3147. Due to the anomalous properties of SCP-3147, Dr.█████ proposed using robotic devices to contain SCP-3147 and is currently awaiting approval by the O-5 Council (see Dr.█████'s reference to incident 3147-A-1)
Description: SCP-3147 is a rusty blade with dried blood marks on the tip and the sheath. The sheath itself is designated SCP-3147-01 but having no anomalous properties to receive a special containment procedure. Yet it is worth noting to see the effect when SCP-3147-01 is removed out of the 15-meter radius of SCP-3147( see Incident Report 3147-67). Testing revealed the blade to be made from a compound called "Damascus Steel" and dipped in an unknown grey substance. Further testing showed the highly corrosive properties of the substance which is now known as "Goo". Historical texts revealed, "Damascus Steel" has disappeared long before the 18th century. Further research on how the steel was acquired is still ongoing.
Anyone who enters a 15-meter radius from the exact location of SCP-3147 is now called SCP-3147-A10. Controlled testing on monkeys getting close to SCP-3147 showed premature symptoms of schizophrenia. When entering the 15-meter radius, SCP-3147-A10 will pick up SCP-3147 and proceed to kill any live animals in its sight. Recommendation from the Foundation is to stay out of SCP-3147-A10's sight in an event of a containment breach.
Attempts to terminate SCP-3147-A10 have failed unless you can somehow fling SCP-3147out of SCP-3147-A10 before it kills you. Invincibility for SCP-3147-A10 is now noted as an anomalous effect of SCP-3147.

Incident 3147-A-1: This incident with SCP-3147 caused the total loss off ███ Foundation personnel. More security passes have been implemented to prevent this from occurring again.

Dr.███'s request to research SCP-3147 has been approved. A class D personnel is introduced in with SCP-3147 and 5 other criminals. One guy however, have sneaked passed the security measures and managed to bring in a machine gun hidden in his backpack. As the personnel is affected, he take SCP-3147 and manages to stab the criminals but the last one uses his machine gun to kill the personnel and quickly became SCP-3147-A10. The machine gun firing caused a tear in the wall and he escaped, resulting in a containment breach. This is handled by Agent █████. The fail to contain it quicky was confirmed to be the effect of SCP-3147 on the guarding personnel rendering them useless.

After this incident, Dr.█████ suggests the use of robotic machines to guard the containment room for SCP-3147. This request is currently being considered by Agent ███ ████.

Incident Report 3147-67: Lead Researcher ██████ had taken SCP-3147-01 away from SCP-3147 without permission, resulting in the activation of SCP-3147.

Camera observations revealed that when SCP-3147-01 is taken away from SCP-3147, it activates and energize a virtual SCP-3147-A10 to be the host and this resulted in █ casualties and a containment breach. SCP-3147 and SCP-3147-A10 was found 5 days later in ███,████ when it is in the process of changing SCP-3147-A10 (this is speculated to be the previous SCP-3147-A10 host dying of starvation).

Now any experiments with SCP-3147 and its SCP-3147-A10 instances must be confirmed and given permission by a Level 4 Foundation personnel.
