Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-XXXX's anomalous effect of persuading personnel to help SCP-XXXX escape, all on-site personnel are swapped on a weekly basis and tested for mental stability.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Caucasian male with ginger hair and a beard. It wears a pink tactical vest, above an orange paramedic suit, it also wears goggles and holiday-themed reindeer horns. SCP-XXXX was found on a small rock of the coast of [REDACTED]. No information could be found about SCP-XXXX except for a recruitment sheet that had "Kenneth wants to kill all the bad guys! protect the people of [black bar thing]." SCP-XXXX speaks in the third person, reasons are unknown. SCP-XXXX was part of the [Bar thing] XXth, in what appears to be a kayaking exercise. At the start of the operation, all units were gearing up and preparing to go kayaking. SCP-XXXX was reported to "aggressively ram other kayakers" before reaching a nearby rock, which SCP-XXXX declares as the nation of "Rockmania"
