Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept under constant surveilance and checked three times daily by staff personel. SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a lock box and have four guards outside of both entrances to the containment cell. Due to the security risk this SCP poses Site-131, the site at which SCP-XXXX is being contained, has made requests for additional guards along with a seperate site being created specifically to house SCP-XXXX. These request are still pending.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a standard journal of average wear measuring 90mm by 180mm. SCP-XXXX is of a brown tint with a worn cover resembling the foundation logo with minute differences. SCP-XXXX appears to have no anomalous properties until opened where the inside of SCP-XXXX is made up of sheets of non-anomalous paper with minor wear and some fade. When flipping through the pages of SCP-XXXX the reader will be met with an infinite amount of pages with the record being twenty-eight million, nine hundred thousand, five hundred forty-three. Within some of the pages are journal entries which is what brought SCP-XXXX to the attention of foundation personel.

These journal entries are accounts of various SCPs in foundation custody. Not only are the journal entries of SCPs known by the site but some anomalous objects have been located due to information found in the text book, however the SCPs listed inside of SCP-XXXX are not exact replicas of the current SCPs contained by the foundation and will be indentified as SCP-XXXX-Σ. This may be due to the documentation not being as thorough or due to the anomalous affect of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX has been confirmed to be a Journal owned by an alternate dimension's version of an SCP Foundation. The journal not only is written in a much less intricate and scientific way but also seems to be more of a personal journal than a full fledged foundation like our universe's. The author of the journal is Hank Weist, an alternate dimension's D-9867. When D-9867 comes into contact with the journal he is able to then view Hank Weist's, now reffered to as SCP-XXXX-1, dimension through SCP-XXXX-1's eyes. DUe to this property of SCP-XXXX D-9867 is to be kept alive and seperate from the other D-Class personel. this a reminder from Dr. Wanni that D-9867 is still to be reffered to as D-9867 not by Hank, Dr. Weist, Mr. Weist, or The Great Adventurer, Hank K. Weist and D-9867 is to be treated like any other D-Class personel. It is noted that D-9867 has no higher thana 9th grade education and is from Detroit.

Page 123: It is I The Great Adventurer, Hank K. Weist writing in my journal so that you may have the ability to avoid, encounter, or attempt to destroy these marvelous creatures I find. Today I've ran into a very interesting specimen during my journey through (the following text is covered in heavy pencil markings, next to which there is a side note, "Maybe I'd better leave the location of this one out") I found an extrodinarily strong being that seemed to be a gator of sorts. I watched as a few local animals, the most notable of which a rhinoceros, where running away from a large mass moving slowly towards them. This is were I encountered the huge gator. I kept my distance as any man of my knowledge knows to do and observed as it ate most of the critters running away from it. The most peculiar thing was that as it made chase it got faster I also believe its legs got longer… Intriging(Another note is left beside this, "Is that how you spell it?" The gator was then ambushed by what seemed to be a pack of local canines they began tearing away at it's flesh before being crushed by the gators huge claws, I mean humongous bloody claws. After eating up it's attackers the flesh began to grow back at an alarming rate, this is when I made my retreat. With the knowledge of our findings today I've named this beasty, The King of The Food Chain and I will be simply astonished if anything manages to take that title from it. (There is a drawing of a reptile closely resembling SCP-682 before it came into foundation custody, along with a signature that's illegible.)

Page 765: HELLO READERS TODAY I, THE GREAT ADVENTURER HANK K. WEIST AHVE FOUND THE MOST REMARKABLE SPECIMEN I MEAN IT IS JUST A WONDERFUL THING. TODAY WHILE AT MARKET IN EGYPT I BOUGHT AN EXQUISITE POT AND INSIDE WAS THIS BLUE LITTLE BUGGER, AND LET ME TELL YOU HE IS ADORABLE. I was FLABBERGASTED to find a small blue blob sitting inside of this pot and when I went to grab him the warmest feeling came to me, I couldn't help but pet the cute fella. Ever since retrieving him I've kept him inside of my fanny pack and he purs whenever I feed or pet him. Ever since encountering him I've felt alive again almost as if I was a young adventurer agian. Im sorry for the rushed page but I just needed to write about this little guy which I'll be naming Dawwar which is what the man who sold me him called it. I think it means happy one or something of the sort, either way this was quite a plesent surprise after yesterday's events. (There is a crudely drawn picture of an amorphous blob with two black beads for eyes, under the drawing is a small blotch of some substance. This is followed by the same illegible signature.)
