This is gonna be full of errors I'm sure, this is just a rough draft. This is not finished as I want critisism and I still have information I'd like to add.

Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a standard humanoid containment cell. No other containment procedures are needed as they would have no effect. All changes to the containment cell made by SCP-XXXX are to be left alone unless otherwise stated.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a nonanomalous male child. SCP-XXXX has stated and is observed to be a ten year old of caucasian decent, though SCP-XXXX has been confirmed to have been in existence for much longer than ten years as he's now been in custody for over [DATA REDACTED] years. SCP-XXXX came into custody when Dr. Moretti, Luca saw a small child suddenly appear in his office during his lunch break, after a brief discussion with Dr. Moretti SCP-XXXX allowed on site personel to put him into custody. SCP-XXXX has been tested several times (See Addendum 489-1) and found to have anomalous powers only descriable as infinite. Tests have proven that SCP-XXXX is capable of teleportation, immunity to any dmage done to SCP-XXXX, creation of materials and further deconstruction of materials, phasing through objects, reading thoughts, and freezing time.
Addendum 489-1-A: Upon initial meeting with SCP-XXXX he was assumed to have the ability to teleport further testing proved this true. During testing the possibility of a limit on this property has been proven false as, upon request by Dr. Heere, SCP-XXXX succesfully teleported to Uranus and back with his only remark being, "Brrrr." It has been infered that SCP-XXXX doesn't require oxygen for survival either.
Addendum 489-1-B: On 9/9/19██ SCP-XXXX was seen materializing objects as he began to decorate his containment cell. These objects included a bed in the shape of a racecar, a toy box themed after a treasure chest, several toys including name brand products such as Legos and more, and a small rug with a t-rex in the center. Since then SCP-XXXX has created more objects for decoration. Upon being asked SCP-XXXX was able to make these requested objects: A dog, a standard pillow, a nonspecific hamburger, a WW2 panzer tank, a nonspecific pistol and fourteen clips of ammo, and an exact replica of Dr. Moretti after he rembered what, "the man with the white coat" looked like. This clone was terminated and autopsied. Internal structure was a picture perfect replica of Dr. Morreti. All items were then dematerialized by SCP-XXXX along with a few items not materialized by SCP-XXXX proving that he can in fact destroy and create whatever he would want to. SCP-XXXX requested to keep the dog, this was denied and the dog was terminated. Autopsy found the dog was nothing but an ordinary canine. It has been decided only Class 3 Personel may interact with SCP-XXXX, and only under survielance.
Addendum 489-1-C: On 4/11/19██ SCP-XXXX was observed walking out of his containment cell by phasing through the wall. SCP-XXXX was recovered in the on site cafeteria sitting next to staff. Staff were found enjoying a large meal that SCP-XXXX had materialized. SCP-XXXX is permitted to walk around the site as long as he follows two rules. SCP-XXXX must not interact with other SCPs unless permitted by staff, and SCP-XXXX must return to his room at 9PM EDT everynight.
Addendum 489-1-D: SCP-XXXX requested a game of Go Fish with some of the staff, this request was allowed. SCP-XXXX materialized stylized playing cards with diffrent dinosaurs on them. After staff lost multiple times, SCP-XXXX was confronted about cheating via mind reading which SCP-XXXX amitted to after confrontation, he was then shamed for cheating before enjoying two more games with staff. With conformation of his telepathic abilities and more, we have determined that we do not contain SCP-XXXX as he could leave if he so wanted, but as long as he is in custody of Site-7 SCP-XXXX is considered contained and assumed to be free of any want for a containment breach of himself or other SCPs.
