SCP-XXX, Mr Blue Rose

Special Containment Procedures: Containment of SCP-XXXX is rather straight-forward. It is to be suspended 5 m in the air via titanium beams over a vat of Fluoroantimonic acid. The tablet to which it is attached to is to be monitored by Class 4 personel rotating every 8 hours. Containment chamber is located at Site-██. Use of SCP-XXXX is to be approved by 4/██ Level 5 clearance personel, as to
not let it cause more damage than is necessary. If the conditions are met SCP-XXXX is to be contained on the locked bed, where it is on stand-by until released. Transport of SCP-XXXX must be done via high-speed vehicles as the limiters on his restrictions begin to loosen up once SCP-XXXX is no longer suspended.The tablet requires a constant electric charge to contain SCP-XXXX. Up to date there hasn't been a single escape attempt by SCP-XXXX.

Description: Codenamed Blue Rose, SCP-XXXX is a humanoid male, standing at 4.23m tall. It looks to be 23 years of age, originating from North-Eastern Europe with blonde hair and red eyes. Around 70 percent of its body is made of robotic parts except the head. SCP-XXXX is suspected to be an spy from the 1800s. Confirmed are 3 modes the SCP engages during its actions. Stand-by, Combat, Elimination.

Stand-by mode: Unlike combat and elimination modes, stand-by mode is without any head protection and usually eyes are shut while showing signs of sleeping. Deemed to be SCP-XXXXs "Normal" mode.

Combat mode: Fabricates a helmet from thin air, while subsecuently fabricating low-caliber futuristic weaponry. Helmet seems to be a standard biker helmet but made of metal, partially seems to resemble a jet pilot helmet.

Elimination mode: Similarities with Combat mode, but instead of low-caliber fire power, it seems to fabricate a rocket launcher of sorts, a plasma cannon and rockets. On one occasion it fabricated anti-matter rockets.

SCP-XXXX has been utilized twice with one of the cases being an [Data Purged]. According to research, SCP-XXXX can fabricate any item in a matter of seconds out of seemingly nothing. Be it a stick, a piece of rope or even just air. Once utilized SCP-XXXX may ask for materials as to not over exhaust himself trying to fabricate its weaponry out of virtually nothing.

Addendum-01: [Incident report] SCP-XXXX was first found fighting another anomalous entity. [Data Corrupted] was the first known person to observe the fight between SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX. Aftermath of the battle was gruelsome but the Agents brought SCP-XXXX back safely and research was instantly started on the containment protocol [Codename: 40-B-Rose][More details for Class 4 personel and above]. For the next 4 months it was under development while SCP-XXXX was soundly
waiting. Personel who were attending to it reportedly felt chills at seemingly random intervals during routine check-ups, maintenance and development.

Addendum-02: [Containment protocol] 40-B-Rose: In case of an escape attempt by SCP-XXXX, initiate immediate full lockdown and attempt re-containment of SCP-XXXX without exercising lethal force if possible. If SCP-XXXX turns hostile, all personel are permitted to engage with lethal force and if necessary put down SCP-XXXX.
