Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4945 is to be kept in a soundproof room at site-██. SCP-4945 should be stored in a glass display case, on a wooden table with a red silk tablecloth on it. The Testing can be done by Level 3 personnel with company from least one Level 3 researcher.
Description: SCP-4945 is an old KGB General Parade cap that was in use from 1969-1991.
SCP-4945 has an ability to speak and see. The object speaks all Slavic languages as well as English and German. What and how it sees is still unknown. SCP-4945 has a voice of a 50 year old with thick Russian accent. SCP-4945's voice can be recorded but it doesn't display any anomalous properties. Object displays an above-average intelligence and humorous personality.The object is highly cooperative and likes to talk. SCP-4945 has a great desire to spread communism. SCP-4945 will try to change the subject of talk at any time and try to talk about communism and why it is so great.
When SCP-4945 is placed on the head of an individual, he/she will "disconnect" and stand still anywhere from 20 seconds to 2 minutes. After which SCP-4945 will take control of the hosts body. If the object sin't removed from subjects head during the time he/she is "disconnect", it will result in the creation of instances of SCP-4945-1. Keep in mind that the host isn't deceased but is in the background. The subject is aware of everything that is going on around him. The consequences of wearing SCP-4945 are: knowledge of at least 2 new languages, usually Russian, and one random that the object knows; and full knowledge
and full belief in Marxism and anarchism (anarcho-communism), as well as the political ideologies grouped around both.
Additional: SCP-4945 was fount by a group of urban explorers in an old abandoned soviet missile silo next to a skeleton in a KGB uniform. The subject died due to a fatal shot to the head. The General in question was Mark Ivanir.
Test A - Date: ██/██/ 19██
Subject: SCP-4945 and D-9351
Procedure: D-class subject is to be placed in a secured testing chamber containing SCP-4945. An interview is to be had with the D-class while wearing SCP-4945. If possible, afterwards too.
Results: After putting SCP-4945 on his head subject D-9351 stood still looking at the floor for 45 seconds. After that D-9351 started looking around the room and started speaking in SCP-4945's voice. An interview followed. For the interview look at Addendum 4945-A. After the interview SCP-4945 was promised that there will be more interviews with him and that his requests will be fulfilled if he stays cooperative. After SCP-4945 removed himself from D-9351's head an interview was had with D-9351.
Analysis: SCP-4945 is very cooperative. He is of an average intelligence. D-9351 seems to be fine with small consequences. D-9351 is extremely tired and confused and now firmly believes in communism. There may be more consequences of wearing SCP-4945 but that is still unknown.
