Special Containment Procedures:
1. Object is to be sheltered in a humanoid cell at a humanoid containment site-88 that is constructed using thermal insulation materials preferably 2 thick layers of rock woom shielded by a coating of high density concrete which thickness shouldn’t be inferior to 5 inches.
2. The cell must be equipped with fluorescent light as well as a thermostat set on ██°c and regularly checked.
3. It's mandatory to keep a distance of at least 1 meter while containing the entity as it is capable of producing fatal electromagnetic radiations that causes mass destruction to several organs most prominently the brain resulting in instant death.
The anomaly is to undergo the following diagnostic tests every three months:
- a CT scan to monitor the progression of SCP-4528 neural development process.The anomaly is to be injected with a doze of liquid hydrogen estimated at ████ ml before the scan is put in action as to temporarily nullify the object’s radioactivity
- a psychological diagnostic test exercised through verbal evaluation to assess the cognitive and emotional functioning resulted by interactions with humans(interactions with other entities is currently proceeding to be approved)
- SCP-4528 is to be provided with japanese traditional music instrument 琴(Koto)
Further containment procedures will be issued after the studies concerning the anomaly are put to an end and the staff charged of the research has realesed a full and comprehensive report on all of SCP 4528 capabilities
Description: SCP-4528 appears to be a japanese female from the Heian era in her early twenties of extremely pale skin tone and slim build characterized by average height and weight(approximately 162cm in height and 45kg in weight).She is outfitted with traditional japanese wear jūnihitoe.Due to her curious nature and the reading it leads to, it can be argued that the artifact is quite intelligent. This is further solidified by the fact she learned a total of 2 languages besides Russian which she seems to speak fluently (German and English) in the span of one week along with her expertise in human communication methods.
