SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a small 6x6x3 inch case in Researcher Petrovich's office at Site-87. Access to SCP-XXXX is restricted to staff with security clearance level 1 and above.
Experimentation with SCP-XXXX has been suspended as of 09/19/20██.

Description:
SCP-XXXX is a gold pendant, elaborately decorated with what appears to be two avian species and a symbol.
SCP-XXXX was initially discovered by Agent █████ in the apartment of deceased Alexsandr ████████ in St. Petersburg, ██████. Neighbors of the POI have stated that ████████ was showing signs of dementia and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder a few weeks prior to his apparent suicide. ████████ had not been diagnosed with any mental health issues in the past.

There appears to be only one current anomalous effect from SCP-XXXX, where the wearer will begin to hear the voice of an unidentified person. There are currently two anomalous side effects to wearing SCP-XXXX, as follows:
-If one is to look at the symbol in the center of the pendant, a memetic effect will cause the viewer to experience an irresistible urge to put on the pendant. This effect will not subside until Class-C Amnestics have been used on the victim.
-Upon physical contact with the object, the subject will begin to hear a disembodied voice (presumed to belong to Alexsandr ████████). What exactly the voice says is currently unknown, as no audio device has been able to detect the source of the voice. After a period of approximately 2 minutes, the subject will begin to mumble incoherently. Some of the statements made include "Rely on your senses, not your tech", and [DATA EXPUNGED].

Whatever the case is, the subject will resist any attempt for someone to remove the pendant, going as far as to [DATA EXPUNGED]. Because of this, any and all experimentation with SCP-XXXX requires a security team of at least 3. As stated previously, experimentation with SCP-XXXX has been suspended. D-145612 enters the testing chamber containing SCP-XXXX. For the sake of the experiment, the object has been taken out of its containment box and placed on a pedestal in a temporary experimentation cell.

Petrovich: Please approach the pedestal.

D-145612: Whatever you say. The hell is this thing, anyways?

Petrovich: A pendant. Now, please tell me what you see, and if you feel anything different.

D-145612 approaches the object.

D-145612: Uh, I feel kinda wierd. Like, I NEED to touch this thing.

Petrovich: This is normal. Please proceed.

D-145612 puts the pendant on.

D-145612: What the- some guy is in my head or something!

Petrovich: Compose yourself and try to tell me what he's saying.

D-145612: Something about a Deter-thing LMG, and the FSB? I can't make head or tail of this shit…

//Around a minute or so passes in silence before D-145612 speaks again, implying that the memetic effect of the pendant have kicked in.

D-145612: Bathroom…

Petrovich: I beg pardon?

D-145612: Killing Zone deployed.

Researcher Petrovich proceeds to alert the assigned Security detail to report immediately to the testing chamber to pacify D-145612. During the time it takes for the detail to arrive, D-145612 continues to mumble. Once the security detail arrives, and opens the door, the following occurs.

D-145612: Hostiles Detected! Let them come!

Closing Statement: D-145612 proceeded to assault the 3 security members, wounding 2 before being stunned and given Class C Amnestics. Subject has since recovered, but must be monitored in the event of a relapse.
