Description: SCP-2019 is a statistical analysis of the election due to be held in ██████ ███████ on ██/██/████ (SCP-2019-1). Its properties are very unstable and appear to have a quantum relationship with SCP-2019-1. Since the introduction of SCP-2019 to the electoral process of ██████ ███████ in ████, anomalous events, ranging from the country's proposed withdrawal from the ██, the election of J█████ as Leader of the L█████ Party and the forced termination and replacement of the Duke of Y███ have manifested themselves in a range of areas, greatly damaging domestic and international integrity.
SCP-2019 is believed to have been developed by members of an off-shoot of the Global Occult Coalition under the guise of the polling company Y██G██ with the intention of establishing the conditions suitable for a process referred to here as "Unchaining Britannia" and elsewhere as [REDACTED]. Working with senior members of the ██████ ███████'s civil service, armed forces, and broadcast media, a range of further protocols aimed at mitigating the more unreliable elements of SCP-2019 have been developed, under the direction of Site Director Curtice.
Special Containment Procedures: Foundation-operated web analysis bot Sigma-420 (“TURTLEDOVE”) is to be kept in constant operation and checked for defects twice a week by a Level-2 staff member. When functional, the bot will search a wide range of online message boards, fora, and marketing websites for posts and advertisements created by instances of SCP-0099. If a digital manifestation of SCP-0099 (SCP-0099-1) on a website is confirmed, the bot will initiate a distributed denial-of-service attack against the site until Foundation personnel are able to either permanently remove the product from sale or inform the site's administrators that SCP-0099 is a product of malicious intent (“MOSLEY”). Physical instances of SCP-0099 (SCP-0099-2) are to be removed from sale or circulation by members of Task Force Epsilon-117 (“WHITE HEAT”) by non-lethal methods. A list of convincing cover stories for both procedures can be found in Document 0099-04. Amnestics and Anti-Memetics for use by members of Task Force Epsilon-117 are available from Site-24 by approval of either Site Director Black or Senior Researcher Tindale.

Description: SCP-0099 is an online publishing house, specialising in the field of counterfactual history. Although direct instances of SCP-0099 have been detected since at least 20██, physical manifestations were first brought to the Foundation’s awareness on ██/██/████, when Agents Baker and Steer, posing as researchers at the University of ██████ detected divergent political events from the Foundation's current reality (trueline) being recorded in various official parliamentary transcripts (“Hansard”). SCP-0099 is believed to have the power to establish alternative political, cultural, and economic realities from our own reality (SCP-0099-3-X), based on the distribution of anomalous instances posing as examples of counterfactual or alternative history fiction. Effective management of these outbreaks has proven exceptionally challenging, with some instances being uncontainable by existing Foundation technology or containment protocols.
The properties of SCP-0099 are very unstable and appear to have a quantum relationship with the Foundation. Since the original manifestation of SCP-0099 in 20██, divergent realities from trueline have been noted, including significant disruption to the electoral process of both the ██████ ███████ and the ██████ █████ of ██████. SCP-0099 is believed to have been developed by members of a radical splinter group of the Global Occult Coalition under the guise of former members of the online community www.a████████████████████████.com with the intention of establishing the conditions suitable for an esoteric process referred to as "MAZDA" and elsewhere as [REDACTED]. The current centre for SCP-0099 activities and the generation of SCP-0099-1 and SCP-0099-2 manifestations is believed to be at the URL www.s███████████.com and the IP address [REDACTED]. SCP-0099 is understood to manifest numerous reality warpers (SCP-0099-4) to create instances of SCP-0099-1 and SCP-0099-2, who are understood to operate on the assumption that they are humanoid entities possessing total freedom of autonomy.

The incorporation of rituals and processes of the Zoroastrian faith are believed to feature prominently in the operation of SCP-0099 and are currently being investigated by Agents Feery and Hynes.
Previous attempts to contain examples of SCP-0099-1 and SCP-0099-2 has been achieved only at considerable material cost to the foundation and loss of adapted K-class personnel capable of operating across multiple dimensional instances ("Mumbys").
