Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be contained in a modified human apartment containment cell at site-89. The cell is to be fully lit at no less than 1600 Lumens at all times with lights installed on the floor and ceiling and redundant lights and dedicated generators installed in the case of electrical failures or site power outages. XXXX is to be issued with specialized clothing that is designed to prevent Lumen levels contacting the skin from reducing below 1600.¹ No testing is authorized under any circumstance with lighting below the 1600 Lumen threshold without permission from Site Director² and the Regional Director or 05 Command. Permission to have any contact with XXXX requires permission from at least three level 3 researchers or one level 4 researcher.

XXXX is to meet with a psychologist on a bi-weekly basis and whenever requested by XXXX. Any signs of hostility or agitation are to be logged including actions and comments. If actions consist of Level 4 hostility site security and Dr. CV are to be notified immediately. One D class³ must be terminated every thirty (30) days via firing squad.⁴

Any requests made by XXXX requires review by Dr. CV or Site Director.

Description: XXXX is an adolescent caucasian female of average height and above-average fitness. They have above-average intelligence and has shown skill in predictive mathematics. XXXX has a black tattoo on its left arm starting at the back of its hand with variable size and coverage of the arm. XXXX is generally cooperative with most Foundation personnel and will conduct most tests without complaint.

The anomalous aspects of XXXX are related to its tattoo though have been determined to not be the cause. The tattoo size ranges from as small as only covering XXXX wrist to as large as covering a portion of XXXX chest and back and upper left thigh. The tattoo appears capable of covering most of XXXX's body but has so far not been seen to do so, The tattoo also appears to cut off at the base of XXXX jaw and doesn't progress further. The artistic styling of the tattoo changes periodically and many tattoo artistic forms. Testing has shown that XXXX has some control of the style based on personal preference. Closer inspection of the tattoo utilizing high powered microscopes has revealed that the tattoo is made up of millions of names that are constantly appearing and disappearing and includes the full names of several Foundation personnel including the entirety of MTF-███ and Site-██ along with SCP-████'s full name. XXXX has been shown to have strength and regenerative abilities far outside human capability though they are significantly weaker when in well-lit areas with their abilities growing significantly stronger as the area around them becomes darker. Their strength has shown the ability to lift objects in excess of 38,000kg with relative ease. As well as a striking force of over 10⁶ joules during tests. Though XXXX suffers from their body not being structurally built to handle the amount of force applied to them and often suffers injuries when attempting to conduct any physically superhuman feat of strength. Though in conjunction with their regenerative abilities many of these handicaps are greatly reduced. XXXX can regenerate from any injury within a short time frame and has limited control over the rate at which they do so. Though cranial injury does appear to prevent the ability to control the rate entirely. The regenerative effects also counter all materials injected into XXXX including amnesics and pain reduction medication. Even memory is quickly regenerated or restored when attempting to utilize indirect methods to erase memories. The regenerative ability has also prevented the appearance of XXXX from being physically changed via age or attempts at surgery and hair growth being restricted to the same default state. In the ██ years XXXX has been in the Foundations custody their appearance has not changed in any way nor has any signs of aging been found.

XXXX is capable of instantaneous transportation to any location they desire as long as they are in a darkened space. Though XXXX must be aware of the location they wish to go and it must also be in an unlit space as the ability to teleport does not appear possible when light levels are above 600 Lumens. Through surveillance video footage from Site-██ and admissions from XXXX, it has been determined they can teleport with any object or subject as long as they are capable of actively lifting it. Surviving personnel described the process as being unpleasant and disorienting. XXXX does not suffer from any sort of negative effects caused by the process. Further testing is awaiting permission.

Tests conducted by D-3324 and D-3798 supervised by Dr. CV. Tests 1-4 were conducted in a test chamber with lighting reduced to 1000 Lumens.

XXXX enters full spectrum incinerator-277	N/A	XXXX was fully incinerated and reduced to ashes. Initially thought to have been neutralized and ashes placed in XXXX's cell. A week later maintenance staff found XXXX in incinerator-27 during routine inspection almost fully regenerated. XXXX returned to its cell	It is not clear why XXXX regenerated from remnant ashes within the incinerator instead of those in their cell. It is theorized though that XXXX can fully regenerate from any part of their body not just the part connected to its head.

As XXXX utilizes their abilities the tattoo on their left arm reduces in overall coverage. When the coverage is reduced to just their wrist and hand they begin to experience difficulty utilizing their abilities with regeneration taking significantly longer than normal as well.

Addendum XXXX-11: Due to Incident-█████-XXXX-11 is aware of numerous anomalous items contained by Foundation and their properties. Security access to XXXX has been increased because of this.

Addendum XXXX-13: It has been found that XXXX must be responsible for the death of at least once every thirty (30) days or they will slowly begin to lose self-control. The rate at which self-control is lost is partly based on time and partly based on stress level. On average each level is about seven (7) days long.

Addendum Test-XXXX-48: Research on the names found on XXXX arm has led to the discovery that many names are found to belong to people who have been diagnosed with a health condition that leaves an estimated one or fewer years to live and most death-row inmates. These names only disappear if one of two conditions are met:

1. The named subject dies

or

2. The threat to their life is removed

Further testing has shown that XXXX is aware when someone is lying about their name if their real name is listed on her arm. Though they do not appear to know the real name only that a fake one is being used.

Addendum XXXX-56: Permission to reduce SCP-XXXX Keter to Euclid. With the change of their originally hostile view of the Foundation to a cooperative one we believe it is no longer necessary to maintain a Keter level. Approved -Site Director Sir Hallinston
