Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 12' x 12' room, bolted down to a TV stand in the center of the room. Also included in the room is a chair of relative comfort, so as to allow for relaxation without risking inducing sleep.
Attached to the primary containment room, is a secondary observation room which is to be manned by no less than two guards. Observation is to take place through a one-way mirror on the opposite side of the room as SCP-XXXX is facing. Observing guards are to ensure that the subject watching SCP-XXXX is actively paying attention.
One a day a Class D subject which has been identified with good behavior by guards is to be lead into the primary room and be told that they are being rewarded with recreational time. From there, they are to be allowed to watch whatever programming they desire for 4 hours. Afterward, a guard is to come in and verify the status of SCP-XXXX-1. If SCP-XXXX-1 be at least partially formed the Class D is to be sent back to their cell. In the case where SCP-XXXX-1 is not sufficiently formed, the Class D subject will be allowed to continue using SCP-XXXX until SCP-XXXX-1 has formed more clearly.
Any observation of SCP-XXXX is to be limited to less than 24 hours over a period of one week. As such, any Class D subject who has previously been used to observe SCP-XXXX is not to be used again so as to avoid the full formation of SCP-XXXX-1.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 40" LED Television, originally manufactured by [DATA EXPUNGED], however, it has been heavily modified from its original state. SCP-XXXX can be used to watch any TV channel, without requiring power or any sort of connection to a provider, be it by satellite or cable.
