Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6000 is to be locked in a 2 inch think lead lined box, stored in the most secure vault possible. SCP-6000 is never to be handled by anyone when it is outside of its box. If SCP-6000 is out of the box, no human is aloud to touch it. Any means of none human retrieval is required. No one is to unlock the box or walk within 15 feet of the containment safe without O-5 permission. If ANY personal get a hold of SCP-6000, they must be TERMINATED VIA ANY MEANS AND THEN BURNED to remove any traces of SCP-6000-2.
Description: SCP-6000 Is a simple ancient gold coin at first sight, but when attained by a human, it will give the holder a sense of confidence and extreme ambition, making them want to achieve insane goals, and will continue to want to achieve bigger and increasingly senseless, dumb, and sadistic goals. They will be alarmingly persuasive, and as a result, they will usually be able to gain lots of followers very quickly. SCP-6000’s properties consist of extremely highly addictiveness, a great urge to hold SCP-6000, a smooth and physically pleasing feel that doesn’t match up with the crude and ancient shape of the coin.
SCP-6000 is coated with a fine substance. This substance (SCP-6000-2) is a very fine golden powder that seems to constantly replace itself on the surface of the coin, and is very spreadable. SCP-6000-2 can convert infrared light into UV light using unknown methods of lights conversion. SCP-6000-2 will slowly degrade the brain of its victim, clots blood, and irritations the lungs. SCP-6000-2 will cause the same effectiveness no matter the amount of the dust.
The origin of SCP-6000 is unknown, but there are records of it in many places.
If SCP-6000 gets out of hand, it could start a war or even worse, a nuclear arms race. If such an event happens, SCP-6000 will possess the victim, doing whatever it can to cause damage to humanity once the victim has gained mass power. This has been shown during a simulation when the victim and SCP-6000 thought they had enough power to activate enough nukes to kill humanity 13 over without hesitation. Once SCP-6000 realized his victim tricked and failed him, he made his victim do whatever he could to rip out his intestines and and retrieve a gold coin, that looked exactly like SCP-6000, which SCP-6000 will now use.

In China, SCP-6000 was passed down by emperors in the time of dynasties, as a heirloom. SCP-6000 was the reason, the emperors constructed The Great Wall of China, and in such a sadistic way.

It has also showed up in Rome, where Caligula obtained SCP-6000 for a few weeks, then lost possession of it. He than became more and more insane, as he was addicted to the powers he had gained from it, and its own addictive properties. He than proceeded to go insane, and eventually die from the lack of SCP-6000 nicotine like properties and prolonged exposure to SCP-6000-1
Addendum #3.
SCP-6000 showed up in Germany, and found its way into the hands of Adolph Hitler, which is how the nazis came to be. Adolph Hitler never died from a gun. The foundation got its hands on his corpse, and they, repaired his body and changed the scene to make it look like he shot himself in order to avoid the public attempting to obtain the coin and continue what Hitler has started.
