Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6676 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell. Standard humanoid SCP containment procedures apply. The cell must be proofed against penetration by vermin and insects.
SCP-6676 is currently undergoing a process of psychological rehabilitation. SCP-6676 is required to attend weekly therapy sessions with Dr. Zhang from 6:00 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Session length should not exceed two hours, but reasonable exceptions may be made at the discretion of Dr. Zhang.
If SCP-6676's guards are to be replaced, the new guards must view 30 to 60 minutes of security camera footage from SCP-6676's cell before being assigned to SCP-6676.
Reasonable requests for personal items and modifications to the containment suite may be granted upon agreed approval by a Level 4 or higher authority and Dr. Zhang. To date, SCP-6676 has requested:

- A personal computer (denied)
- A smartphone or tablet (denied)
- A copy of the Torah (granted)
All unauthorized staff are forbidden from viewing SCP-6676. Violation of this order will result in an immediate disciplinary review and possible termination. No permanent record shall be kept of any photographic or video evidence of SCP-6676's appearance.
SCP-6676 has requested that all his meals are kosher.

Any living creature viewing SCP-6676 for the first time Exhibits extreme irrational fear, however, after 30 to 60 minutes of viewing SCP-6676 subjects become desensitized to SCP-6676's anomalous effect.
SCP-6676's anomalous effect does not appear to have any effect on itself.
