Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-OC-654 is to be contained in a small lightbox in the middle of standard containment cell, which will be lighted up at all times, and always guarded by 2 guards. Access to Containtment Cell and the lightbox requires Level 5 Security Clearance Level.
SCP-OC-654 is only allowed to be freed from the lightbox for testing, interviews, or to help re-contain SCPs that cause a containment breach and could cause an [REDACTED] event.

Description:
SCP-OC-654 is a black mist that can shapeshift into a humanoid form.

In its mist form, SCP-OC-654 can get inside shadows and travel between them, as long as two shadows are next to each other.

In its humanoid form, SCP-OC-654 resembles a genderless humanoid child from Australian ethnicity, wearing Indiana Jone's style clothing, along with a hat (SCP-OC-654-a). Clothes and SCP-OC-654-a will disappear while SCP-OC-654 is in its mist form.

SCP-OC-654 is full sapient, being capable of communicating with both with humans and any other SCP.

SCP-OC-654 is able to control any SCP. Any SCP will follow SCP-OC-654's orders as long as they're in a 10m radius from SCP-OC-654. In presence of SCP-OC-654, any SCP showing hostile behaviour will call down.
SCP-OC-654 is not to control any SCPs without granted permission, the exception being if it is used in self-defence.

SCP-OC-654 can't be harmed by any other being, including other SPCs, as any attempt at this will result on the attacker being paralyzed by fear.

In total darkness, SCP-OC-654 sees to be stronger.

Addendum 1: SCP-OC-654-a

SCP-OC-654-a is an Australian leather hat that SCP-OC-654 manifests into shapeshifting into its humanoid form.

If a user is wearing SCP-OC-654-a, any humanoid being that comes into eye contact with them will get paralyzed by fear. However, this behaviour doesn't seem to work on other SCPs.

SCP-OC-654 does not need SCP-OC-654-a to activate its fear paralyzation.

Addendum 2: SCP-OC-654-b
SCP-OC-654-b is a black slime that usually hides under SCP-OC-654-a. The slime has proved to have healing properties.
SCP-OC-654-b can shape-shift into anything as long as it is solid, and it can never turn into a liquid-like state.

Like SCP-OC-654, SCP-OC-654-b seems to be stronger in total darkness.

SCP-OC-654-b is to be kept inside the same lightbox as SCP-OC-654 is contained within.
