Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP _ is to be kept in a sealed container exactly 4.5 millimeters long, and 4 millimeters across. SCP _ is to be vacuum sealed within this container, so as to ensure no movement is possible. SCP _'s container is to be kept gyroscopically stabilized at all times, and is to be kept in a site with minimal tectonic activity. Any attempt to release SCP _ from containment without permission from no less than two level 4 personnel will result in immediate termination.

If containment is breached SCP _ is to be retrieved by MTF Epsilon 9, designated "Fire Eaters". Proper containment procedures are to be maintained when retrieving SCP _. Retrieval is to be considered top priority, due to the possibility of a chain reaction, resulting in massive loss of civilian life.

Description: SCP _ is a single .177 caliber lead pellet. It measures 4.5 millimeters long, and ends in a soft point. For reasons unknown, if propelled at a speed upwards of 2.54 mph the object will cause an explosion of approximately 83.68 megajoules, or equivalent to twenty kilograms of nitroglycerin. After the explosion SCP _ remains seemingly unaffected, leaving no trace of damage or wear.
