Department of Illicit Acquisitions Orientation

Approximately 78% of the Foundation's budget comes from governments or from the thousands or so shell companies that we own. We provide the other 22%.

While it's good that the Foundation has close to-woops, not cleared for that-a gazillion bank accounts, cash is still king.

The controlled substances industry rakes in about… 400 billion USD annually. And alotta of that money is in cash, and hopefully just buried somewhere à la Three Kings style.

Some of you are looking around surprised at how calmly the others are taking this. You must be the ex-cops. Listen, where would that money be better off?

Building some new big-dick mansion for a rapist, murderer, and a politician? Or safeguarding the Veil?

Now, the good news is, you have alot of leeway on how you do this job. Every month, you'll have a quota, and sometimes if they're nice they'll already give you a location. If not, use your connections. Any big heist happen? Some druglord looking pretty fat? A politician get a big kickback? Go for it.

You'll have all the resources you'll need, as long as you can turn a profit. I think Perez even managed to get a MTF to help her.

Long as you get the job done with minimal exposure, they don't care how you get it. As long as it's a fat stack of cash and there's not too much blood on it. And they'll look the other way if there happens to be some cash missing from the top.

Also, it's not just cash the Foundation needs. Notice how it's call Acquisitions? Occasionally, you'll get a 'special order', a MTF needs to be equipped with untraceable rifles? Break into a factory and start filing off serial numbers. The Kremlin has some information they won't give us? Better learn Russian , comrade.

Well, that's about it I think. Oh, what do I do?

I'm an auditor of sorts. I'm here to make sure you guys don't run off with too much cash. That's about it.
