The hound that is always stray

What looks like a dog from can be something else entirely. The animal has no eyes at all. The empty pits contain nothing. The nose has been extended far beyond what would be possible by nature. The teeth seem to be gray needles sticking out of the gums. Any attempt to pet the dog has it's neck extend and stab anyone involved trying to make contact with the thin teeth. This leads the victim's organs to fail all at once. The dog has been located to our site by using a series audio tones that seemed to make it obey. It is now safe and is contained in a chamber where the sound plays with a speaker.
