Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures:

SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a safe in Dr. Eriksson's office. The code for the safe is available to any researchers with access to this document (see addendum). No pens, pencils, or other forms of writing equipment are allowed to come into contact with SCP-XXXX unless for testing purposes and with express permission of Dr. Eriksson.

In the event of a containment breach, all facility personnel are required to put down any writing equipment while containment teams collect any items matching the description of SCP-XXXX for containment.

Description:

SCP-XXXX is a sheet of lined paper approximately 14cm in width and 29cm in height. SCP-XXXX appears to show signs of wear -being torn on one side as well as containing several food stains and one circular coffee stain with the diameter of that of the average cup size. SCP-XXXX contains 28 horizontal lines and one faint red line indicating a page margin. The front side of SCP-XXXX is indicated by the page margin being on the left side of the page, and the torn side on the right, and the top of SCP-XXXX is identifiable by handwritten text reading "To do:". The writing style of this text varies depending on which person SCP-XXXX appeared to before it's retrieval. At the time of writing this document, the text is written in crayon with handwriting appropriate to that of a young girl approximately 8 years in age.

Any tasks that happen to be written down by an individual on SCP-XXXX are spontaneously completed. Shortly thereafter, SCP-XXXX will transport itself to the general vicinity of the nearest individual holding a piece of writing equipment.

Addendum:

Testing on the extent of SCP-XXXX's ability to carry out given tasks has been temporarily postponed due to it breaking containment upon testing. Dr. Eriksson has commented on it's unusual ability to travel through any surface it is contained within, suggesting that it must warp itself through space rather than moving physically. SCP-XXXX has been classified as safe and any researcher with appropriate clearance may access it in a secure safe in Dr. Eriksson's office using code ████.
