Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: Only briefed personnel are allowed to enter and use SCP-XXXX and anything that has to do with it. Personnel are to be tested and explained that SCP-XXXX is highly dangerous, if handled incorrectly and that any action with anomalous sections is to be approved by the Facility Manager. Further containment procedures are not necessary as SCP-XXXX is effectively containing itself, by using anomalous properties (currently researched) to protect itself from any non-fountation members (See Abbendum 028 for an example).
Description: SCP-XXXX is a large Facility, located in the ████. It is impossible to determine its age, however there are several theories about its origin (See Abbendum 001). The facility by itself does not exhibit any anomalous properties, as long as any autorised foundation personnel attempts to enter or use it. If any non-foundation member (e.g. Civilians) attempt to approach SCP-XXXX noone, except foundation members can interact with it, as such behaving, as if it wouldnt exist. Civilians have been observed walking through SCP-XXXXs walls, as if they wouldnt be there. Also anything inside SCP-XXXX is unable to see, or interact with any people that cross SCP-XXXX like this. Theories how this is done are described in Abbendum 993.
SCP-XXXX appears to be completely self-sufficient and has several greenhouses, appartments and powerplants that can provide food, energy and housing, allowing personnel to live inside SCP-XXXX for unlimited time. People living in SCP-XXXX have not experienced anything different than in any other facility the foundation uses.
SCP-XXXXs main anomaly is a corridor, named AccessGate-1. It has been given the number SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX looks like a white, straight corridor with doors going off to both sides. Attempts to determine the lengh of SCP-XXXX-1 have failed, leading to the conclusion that it has infinite length.
Any door that goes off SCP-XXXX-1 lead to the same room, measuring 6x3x2 metres. This room always looks the same when opened from any door in SCP-XXXX-1 and always has two doors. One opened door, through which the subject has entered and a second, closed door. The closed door can only be opened, if the first door gets closed. The second door leads to another instance of SCP-XXXX-1, however several tests (Abbendum 101f) with different doors led to the conclusion that the instance of SCP-XXXX-1 is in a parallel universe. Changes can range from slight changes (e.g. Sky colour) to major changes (e.g. No breathable air).
