Description: SCP-7098 is known as the Man of the Living and the Dead is what looks to be a humanoid creature at first look but he is no human. SCP-7098 likes to be known as Hadelifa (Ha-DAE-li-fa) and calls himself a god of the universe 43. He says once he gets a hold of the right technology and is feared the most he will destroy this universe and use it to make his universe stronger so, the 05 Council enacted a rule that no technology will go near SCP-7098 and that procedure 13-beta must happen once or twice a week. SCP-7098 says he has been to this universe before but at the wrong time he says that first he came when there weren't enough humans to fear him and another when they were thought they were stronger.
