Special Containment Procedures: Scp-5298 is to be kept in a container of marble in site 18. All metal objects needed to be transported must not go within 30 feet of 5298's container, for this will activate 5298. The container is 40 feet tall for test subjects to jump in and not damage the janitor's entrance. Janitors must not wear any metal devices, even if certain objects are required.

If activated, a team of scientists MUST attempt to lure 5298 back to it's container. If not contained and 30 minutes, Scp-5298 and the scientists will be shot to prevent a containment breach.

Description: Scp-5298 Resembles a humanoid robot. It is approximately 5'8 feet in height and 2'3 feet in length. It's head is a round, eye shape. It's eye scans humans and detects if they have metal. If Scp-5298 detects metal, it will Start to say what it has detected by checking the shape. No matter what it detects, it will always detect it as a gun and attack the person it found with the metal using facial and body recognition. When it finds the corner and rip their stomach open, which will cause a slow, painful death.

It was discovered in San Diego, California. 5298 was found when some teenagers explored an abandoned mall. Scientists think that 5298 detected the earrings of one of the teenagers and killed two of the teens. Police were called and the foundation took the robot, although transporting the robot was difficult because a lot of metal was used and multiple personnel were killed. weeks later, the foundation decided to use a design similar to the Trojan Horse. 5298 was carried in a marble box being dragged by a small car. when taking 5298 into the facility, ███ ███ ████, which caused multiple deaths. 5298 was eventually put into its containment chamber one day later.

Scp-5298 has been observed to not attack a metal inscription of how to use it. The inscription states "To shutdown The MallSec-Bot 1.4, open the metal vent in the back of the head. This will cause the MallSec to overheat, which will shut it down." Many have tried to shut 5298 down by doing this, but all died of a heart attack or got slaughtered by 5298 when attempting to shut it down.
