Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4392 is to be contained in its location of discovery, as attempts to relocate SCP-4392 has been futile. It is currently inside a mall named [REDACTED], located in Quezon City, Philippines. Site-47 is also built nearby the mall, in order to maintain utmost confinement by the Foundation.

SCP-4392 is to be guarded by a approximately (2) Foundation Agents at all times. Personnel who wishes to use SCP-4392-1 should require permission from (3) Level 4 Personnel. Afterwards, Personnel researching SCP-4392-1 should be accompanied by two Foundation Agents with a Memetic Resistance Level (MRL) of 13.

Personnel should never attempt to do a 3-pattern combination with 2 or more 'A's. If two 'A' buttons have been inserted, all organisms residing in Site-47 should be terminated, and all Personnel below Level 3 who are aware of Site-47's existence are to be administered Class-A amnesiacs.

Description: SCP-4392 is a 4ft x 4ft x 8ft concrete room painted with white Davies paint, with a few scratches and dirt on the wall, indicating agedness. Research displays that SCP-4392 dates back to 19██, ██ years before the mall [REDACTED] SCP-4392 was built around had been constructed.

Attempts to damage the walls, or the door of SCP-4392 has proven to be ineffective. As such, SCP-4392, or SCP-4392-1, is yet to be relocated.

SCP-4392-1 is a 4in x 1.5in device made out of iron, copper, and traces of █████. It is not yet known who made SCP-4392-1, whether or not it was anomalous upon creation, or how its creator(s) managed to get █████.

On SCP-4392-1 are three buttons, two squared-shaped buttonsーred and green, and one circular button. The red button is slightly tilted, the reason of this is unknown.

The circular button is a black button with an iron outline on its base. The circular button displays unknown symbols on it, which changes depending on the individual viewing it, and upon the press of a button. Some symbols has shown to have cognitohazardous effects, though most of the symbols displayed do not display any significant effects; and some having no effects at all. At the time of discovery, the symbol it displayed was ██, which triggered [REDACTED]. The event resulted in 16 casualties, and 23 injuries. Those affected with [REDACTED] had been terminated on sight.

SCP-4392-1 mechanism activates whenever a 3-pattern combination has been inserted. So far, only 7 combinations have been done on SCP-4392-1(See Research Log 4392-A to G.)

(Note: In the combination section, Black is named as A, Red is B, and so on. The O5 council has also reminded its research conducting personnels that it is essential for personnels to write the symbol that they have seen, given that the symbol will not induce any cognitohazardous effects on other Foundation personnel.
