Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be encased in a 1x1x1m gold-shielded box
located in an room that is constantly observed at Site-17. All personnel must wear a specialized hazard suit before entering SCP-XXXX designated room. Under the events of breach, SCP-XXXX is required to be transported to another Site.

Description: SCP-XXXX was found on █/██/████ in [REDACTED] placed on a wardrobe. Object appears to be a telephone made out of an unknown material with a sign on it from the company █████████. SCP-XXXX is remarkably resistent to heat and cold, all known acids and chemicals seem to not react with SCP-XXXX's material composition. The object is connected to a cut wire that is about 0.5mm thick and 50 centimeters in length. SCP-XXXX is not allowed to come in contact with any sapient SCP. (Notice: Under no circumstances should SCP-XXXX come in contact with [REDACTED]).

Multiple experiments show, that, upon subject entering a designated room, it will immediately begin to hear a distant static noise in their head and after couple minutes, will get a feeling to call a number. The number it self is believed to be a subjects "ever-wanted-to-call" number. It is unknown how SCP-XXXX manages to obtain the number.

After the subject called a number, it reports to hear erie silence even though the receiver of the call answered. After the subject completed the call it is transported to an observation room for further study. After approximately 2 hours subject will start to hear a "telephone call timeout" that will constantly repeat in subject's head. All experiments conducted on SCP-XXXX resulted in subjects killing themselves.
