Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to remain in her cell at site ﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛ at all times. the cell is to be a humanoid residential cell at 12mX15mx2.7m, its furnishings are to consist of a working shower, a bed, and a bookshelf. SCP-XXXX is to be fed 2 liters of livestock blood daily, as well as 3 meals a day. all personnel monitoring SCP-XXXX are to be equipped with a blood pressure monitor that can be tracked remotely, which will alert security staff should any unnatural or sudden decrease in blood pressure be detected. SCP-XXXX is allowed to interact with staff with level 3 clearance bi-weekly, during these interactions, SCP-XXXX's Cell is to be guarded by no less than 2 guards. Should the case be that SCP-XXXX is found out of her cell during a breach, she is to be heavily sedated and re-contained. Any personnel that seems to show intense attraction to SCP-XXXX is to be given Class A amnestic.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a female humanoid with very pale skin, She has very little muscle definition and is well endowed. The eyes exhibit Heterochromia, with the Left eye being red, and the right eye being Yellow, both eyes have cat like slits for pupils. Her natural hair color is blond, however as it has been requested, SCP-XXXX is allowed purple hair dye. Top and bottom fangs are present in the mouth, the top pair being noticeably longer than the bottom. SCP-XXXX is capable of growing her own clothing. The first outfit includes a black tube top, detached red sleeves, a red collar which is held together by what appears to be gold chains, a pair of tight bike shorts, and a pair of purple garter stockings. SCP-XXXX's only true clothing would be it's footwear, which is a pair of red boots that reach below the knee's. SCP-XXXX's digits also have a dark red discoloration that stops before the knuckles, the discoloration is likely what allows SCP-XXXX to 'Drink' blood forcefully. A red heart tattoo is also present on the left cheek, below the eye.
SCP-XXXX has throughout many interviews stated that she is a vampire of extensive age, claiming to be Eighteen thousand years old (18,000). She calls herself "Chell ﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛ". She has shown to be very flirtatious to both male and female staff, and often is suggestive and sexual during talks, however has yet to actually go far to sexually harass any personnel. She is often best described as airheaded, often being confused on even simple conversational topics and is often forgetful, however has not shown any signs of actual short term memory loss. SCP-XXXX has shown a disapproval of researchers wearing white suits, however this has yet to be an issue. The disapproval is likely related to an entity which she calls The DOK, or ﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛ, who exists in another dimension which she also states is called ﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛ (See Addendum 003-ﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛ ﾛﾛﾛﾛ). She claims to have come from ﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛ and was cloned along side a sibling named ﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛ.
SCP-XXXX is capable of flight, and often floats around rather than walking, although has shown that she can walk, as well as perform many extreme contortionist acts. By stabbing, or otherwise coming into contact with any organism, living or dead, can gain direct access to the organism's circulatory system, usually preferring to go towards vital arteries in order to 'drink' blood. This act has shown to either cause large wounds in the victim, or leave no trace of any actual damage, aside from the blood lost in the area. SCP-XXXX upon drinking blood, either orally or through the digits, becomes euphoric as well as energetic. SCP-XXXX's interactions with blood are strongly linked to her qualities, which include: Rapid regeneration capable of re-growing lost appendages, to the point where she can reattach a decapitated head back onto the neck while remaining conscious. Supernatural strength and speed, which allows SCP-XXXX to easily damage itself to avoid receiving more sever wounds (See addendum 001-RXH). As well as lift approx.. 10,000 metric tones. SCP-XXXX has also shown the ability to shoot pressurized liquid from both eyes simultaneously. This pressurized liquid has been recorded at ﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛﾛ Psi, capable of Cutting into 70 mm of solid tungsten within the span of 2 minutes.
**Addendum:
001-RXH: During an interview with Dr. ﾛﾛﾛ, SCP-XXXX during a demonstration had caused her own hand and forearm to split in half, starting between the middle and Ring finger, the split went between the Radius and ulna of the arm, ending before the elbow joint, Dr. ﾛﾛﾛ has requested to be omitted from any further interactions with SCP-XXXX (Accepted).
