SCP-5036 is in a constant state of motion bouncing in the air at a height of 4 feet. No matter the object its bouncing on, it will bounce 4 feet in the air until someone touches it. The noise the bounces makes sounds like a dribble on a basketball court even when personnel put a mattress under it, It made the same sound.
This noise has some weird trance effect and will draw in people closer to it and make them want dribble it. When D class personnel were put into the room with SCP-5036 they fell into the trance and ignored all communication and people calling his name. When the D class personnel touched SCP 5036 they started to dribble it in a constant rate still ignoring all the personnel calling his name. With every dribble he started physically aging until his body decomposed and became nothing but bones and then he fell to the floor. SCP-5036 started pouncing up and down at its normal constant rate of 4 feet in the air
Addendum: SCP-5036 was found pouncing in the middle of a indoor basketball court in Maryland bouncing next to the skeletal remains of a janitor who was cleaning that night.
