Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3428 is to be contained in standard humanoid containment chambers located at Site-17. Water mixed with vital proteins are to be distributed among SCP-3428 three times a day. Solid foods result in blocking the airways of individuals within SCP-3427, requiring an immediate conduction of anti-choking maneuvers.
Containment chambers must be covered with 5 centimeter thick mattress paddings. Surveillance teams are to take eight hour shifts with at least one team monitoring all SCP-3428 containment chambers at all times. Medical personnel are to be prepared at all times.
Pens are to remain outside of SCP-3428's containment chambers as well as any other form of writing or texting. In the event that SCP-3428 obtains a writing utensil, immediate retrieval of the object is to commence. Under no circumstances should any sharp objects be permitted within SCP-3428's chambers.
Description: SCP-3428 refers to a collection of adult humanoids wearing standard business suits and ties. Each holds their own personal suitcase as well as a name tag firmly attached to their suits. Any attempts at obtaining the suits for closer examination have failed as it appears that the suits are a part of SCP-3428's skins.
Individuals within SCP-3428 appear to lack personal emotions as well as thoughts. Brain signals appear to be at 30 mV, resulting in a vegetable-like disposition. SCP-3428 cannot swallow nor sleep. However, when SCP-3428-1 occurs, brain signals spike towards 70 mV and drop back to 30 mV repeatedly until SCP-3428-1 ends.
