Containment Class:
euclid
Eye of infected individual: SCP-XXXX(A) (2007)
Special Containment Procedures: Individuals affected by SCP-XXXX should be contained within a Type-05 humanoid containment unit with the addition of padded walls to prevent self-injury. Affected individuals are to be provided a healthy diet and intravenous feeding is to be used if food is refused a period of longer then 48 hours.
Description: SCP-XXXX refers to a condition in which individuals affected are subject to visions of being killed by numerous anomalies in containment. Research has concluded that the affected are witnessing actual deaths, first hand. These deaths are that of expired personal, lost in active duty. As a result, these visions cause convulsing, vomiting, and eventual loss of self-awareness. The affliction can be recognized by slightly clouded bloodshot eyes, and an extreme sense of panic, as well as reports of seeing creatures, many of which match the description of anomalies stored on Foundation sites. SCP-XXXX is seen as a security risk. These visions allow the affected to see in and around the facility if they have never been present in them.
The first confirmed case was discovered in 1992. Though reports of a similar anomaly go as far back as the early 1900s.
Since it's discovery SCP-XXXX has evolved. SCP-XXXX(A) was driven crazy within a few weeks of arriving at our facility. SCP-XXXX(B), after months. SCP-XXXX(C), however, has maintained its sanity for the entire length of its detainment thus far. Well, this seems like good news at first, it is quite the opposite. The visions still continue even in SCP-XXXX(C)'s case. It is still capable of seeing inside our facilities through the eyes of the expired staff. Even in one case, one of the SCP Foundation's Ships. If the affected maintains its sanity, then the odds are much higher, it will be believed, and not written off as mad by the general public. This poses a security risk to every facility they see in these visions. Action must be taken quickly to detain any affected by SCP-XXXX.
Interviews have been conducted, resulting in the visions being linked to the moments before the death of various Class-D personal. The visions seem to be from a first-person perspective. The expirations so far recognized in these visions are the passing's of D-9356 and D-6544 at the hands of SCP-2846 and SCP-4███, respectively, with more reported, but not yet identified.
Currently detained are two living affected individuals. One more was previously held, but now deceased. Both living individuals are stored in Site-19.
Recovery Logs
(EXPIRED) Corbin C████, Heron referred to as SCP-XXXX(A), was detained in 1992 after reports came to light of "A man who had gone crazy, and started talkin' bout facilities and monsters" from a local woman, who reported him to the police department. SCP-XXXX(A) He was detained by law enforcement, and handed over to the foundation on request of O5 Council Member 05-██. SCP-XXXX(A) is a Caucasian male, aged 59 at time of death, and was the first confirmed case SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX(A) was put to rest following an incident in which [REDACTED]
Andrew P████, hereon referred to as SCP-XXXX(B), was forcefully brought to the Facility in 200█. SCP-XXXX(B) is a Caucasian Male aged 32 at present. Before detainment, he lived in Baltimore, Maryland. He was found in the late stages of SCP-XXXX's affliction. Before, however, he was reportedly traumatized by witnessing his closest friends passing, in an apparent feud with a local gang.
Nathanael D████, hereon referred to as SCP-XXXX(C), was brought to the Facility in 201█. SCP-XXXX(C) is a Blasian man aged 22 at present. At recovery, the anomaly had just taken grasp, and SCP-XXXX(C) had reported only two visions, which were confirmed to be legitimate, and cross-referenced to the deaths of former Class-D personal by Dr. Pulanco. SCP-XXXX(C) suffered from trauma, affiliated with a car crash that killed most of his close family before developing SCP-XXXX. Since recovery SCP-XXXX(C) has maintained a reasonably stable condition. Much unlike SCP-XXXX(A) and SCP-XXXX(B) whom both were driven to the point of madness.
Addendum: Following is a message sent out to contact ██████, by Council Member 05-██.
Once again, I am compelled to request your assistance. We at the Foundation have heard of a man capable of describing alarmingly well, the insides of our detainment facilities. Police currently detain him in the state of Florida. We have searched our records and have found no evidence of this man ever having worked or visited our facilities. This is naturally alarming. He has described from his visions the layout of Site-54 and Site-66 with shocking accuracy. We request you turn the man over to our custody for investigation and clean up any loose ends and attachments he may have. It is to be assumed that he will not leave our foundation's care in the future.
-COUNCIL MEMBER 05-██
Within 24 hours, SCP-XXXX(A) was in the custody of the foundation.
Multiple interviews have been held to understand the visions of the affected better. As well as to find a way to prevent the anomaly from spreading. Following are a few transcripts of note:

Corbin C████: No…no… Not like that. Its like… I've been told I'm going crazy you know? I don't believe myself to be honest. But this place it's real. So… What I've seen must be.
Interviewer: What have you seen?
Corbin C████: I… I've seen myself die. Over and over again. Monsters. I've been told I phase out you know? Go crazy. When that happens I see them. The monsters. At first I'm not worried. I'm doing… something. I've been told I'll be fine if I follow instructions… But each time…
Interviewer: You are here each time? Or moreover, in a place like this?
Corbin C████: Yes. The same walls. The same floor. But I haven't seen anything here like I've seen in my… visions. No monsters here. Unless… what is in those rooms we walked past?

Interviewer: SCP-XXXX(A) has been brought here today after attacking foundation staff member D-3459. D-3459 was attempting to deliver SCP-XXXX(A) his meal when SCP-XXXX(A) grabbed him. Yelling, and I quote: "Run and escape. Your nothing but a pawn to them. It was too late for me, but not for you." Can you please confirm this is an accurate retelling of what happened today?
SCP-XXXX(A): ….
Interviewer: If you remain silent we are forced to assume guilt.
SCP-XXXX(A): ….
Interviewer: Understood. It is my official recommendation D-3459 is sent to have unpleasant memoires of this incident overwritten by SCP-3259, and SCP-XXXX(A) be permanently retired. Thank You.
<End Log, [15:37]>
Closing Statement: Dr. Polanco's official recommendations where carried through and resources turned to the study of SCP-XXXX(B) and SCP-XXXX(C).

SCP-XXXX(B): Where am I?
Interviewer: Site-19. The largest containment site in the SCP foundation.
SCP-XXXX(B): What?
Interviewer: See isn't telling the truth such a pain? It would take far to long to explain. That's why I have to lie.
SCP-XXXX(B): Containing what…. Wait I've been here before… I've seen this place… My dreams… visions….
Interviewer: (Takes a note) Well no doubt now…. Saves me having to go through this checklist. I can't believe there are more of you. This is quite concerning.

Interviewer: Neutralize it. Ill talk to it again tomorrow.
<End Log, [9:37]>
Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX(B) was returned to its containment. To ensure more progress is made in interviews, all SCP-XXXX infected individuals will be sedated before the interview begins.
SCP-XXXX(C) Interview Logs
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX(C)
Interviewer: Dr. Pulanco
Foreword: A pivotal interview that confirms suspicions SCP-XXXX affected individuals are witnessing actual Class-D personal Deaths in their visions.
<Begin Log, [14:23]>
Interviewer: Good morning.
SCP-XXXX(C): Hi.
Interviewer: Not very talkative today?
SCP-XXXX(C): ….
Interviewer: Fair enough. We all have days like that. Just let me ask you a few questions then you can go. Sound good?
SCP-XXXX(C): ….
Interviewer: Right. So you should be mid vision right now. Can you tell me what you see please?
SCP-XXXX(C) I'm on a ship.
Interviewer: Oh? Peaceful huh?
SCP-XXXX(C) No. I'm uneasy. something… Is in the water I think.
Interviewer: Interesting. Describe the boat you are on.
SCP-XXXX(C): It's big. It has that logo on. The same logo as on that wall.
Interviewer: A SCPS vessel. Interesting.
SCP-XXXX(C): I'm supposed to go in the water. I don't want to. But I have to.
Interviewer: ….
SCP-XXXX(C): I'm in the water now…. Its late…
Interviewer: Go on
SCP-XXXX(C): I'm supposed to photograph something. For some records. A ship. I think its sunk,
Interviewer: I think I see where this is going to go. Security? Get ready to take action please.
SCP-XXXX(C): I'm swimming down. Its safe. They wouldn't make me do this if it isn't safe.
Interviewer: Of course. Keep swimming
SCP-XXXX(C): I see it! Its large.
Interviewer: ….
SCP-XXXX(C): That's odd…
Interviewer: Yes?
SCP-XXXX(C): Its…. Moving. It shouldn't do that. It…
Interviewer: It what?
SCP-XXXX(C): They told him it would be safe. It wouldn't move if the other one wasn't there. They lied. You lied.
Interviewer:BINGO. There it is. That's everything we need. Just more proof. Return him to contaiment.
SCP-XXXX(C): Your… You… lied to me…. YOU LIED TO ME. (Chair moving across floor)
Security Personal (Shuffling) He's out sir.
<End Log, [14:30]>
Closing Statement: It was determined SCP-XXXX(C) was seeing the death of D-9356 through his own eyes. D-9356 was a Class-D personal, killed attempting to photograph SCP-2846-B well submerged.
Conclusion
Council Member O5-██,
SCP-XXXX is a security risk to the Foundation. Our understanding of what causes it to manifest is still not as complete as we would like it. It seems to be tied to dead Class-Ds attempting to warn people about us. Warn people about us. It's frustrating. We are attempting to push humanity forward. And instead of realizing there deaths, where for the good of us all, they have to go and cause some fancy anomaly. As far as the scientific explanation, its got something about poltergeist energy. The energy readings go off the charts when they blackout and start seeing things. I'd contact Dr. Alto Clef if your hungry for more info concerning the poltergeist energy. It's not my area of expertise. I do have a observation of my own however. The anomaly, it seems to be getting… smarter. I don't mean the affliction is sentient. But it seems to be realizing that it doesn't do much good warning people about us, if it just drives mad and kills affected. For example, the newest case, SCP-XXXX(C), is rather mild. It gives the affected visons but the they have yet to go completely mad. That's much worse then before. If it continues on this path, people might be more willing to believe the affected, as they won't have gone crazy from fear. Head my warning. If more SCP-XXXX cases develop in the future, and action is not taken quickly, no good will come of it. We run the risk of having one of our facilities being exposed. All It takes is a few people crazy enough to believe an infected individual. I eagerly await your thoughts on the matter.
-Dr. Pulanco
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept at the exact centre of a containment cell with a ten metre diameter minimum. Surveillance systems are to be completely isolated. All surveillance systems must have an emergency shut off system in place. The door to the containment cell must have class-4 reinforced locks in place, with no remote access.
SCP-XXXX is to be checked at least every two hours for instances of SCP-XXXX-1 via surveillance systems. Should an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 have manifested, it is to be immediately removed and incinerated. No less than two hours after a manifestation of SCP-XXXX-1, all surveillance must be disabled and the cell door locked for a minimum period of 48 hours. After the 48 hour period ends, surveillance should continue as specified earlier.
Description SCP-XXXX Is a small bathroom approximately 25 square feet in diameter containing a toilet, a sink, and bathtub and minimal shelving space. The bathtub includes a stained cream colored curtain and faucet which's water was cut off during extraction. A recorded average of twice a year SCP-XXXX-1 will manifest itself in the bath. SCP-XXXX-1 is a biped creature made up of Fungi and Fungi spores. Research of samples has concluded the Fungi to be a member of the chytrid family, a division of fungi capable of movement in a spore state. SCP-XXXX-1 is capable of moving through cameras using a system labeled Light-Fractaloring. Light-Fractaloring is defined as the ablitly to travel or replicate ones self through anything light is also capable of travel through. This allows SCP-XXXX-1 to travel through cameras, eyes, small holes in walls, etc. As a rule of thumb all personal that interact with SCP-XXXX-1 are to be told this simple mnemonic: "If you can see it, it can get to you." SCP-XXXX-1 development is divided into stages detailed below.
Stage Alpha: SCP-XXXX-1 manifests in 10-30 minutes (The shortest recorded time is 11:41 minutes before entering stage Beta, the longest 29:46.) Starting from the center of the tub the fungus quickly spreads to it's entirety, then starts to grow vertically forming a Bipedal Anomaly. At this point the abort call (procedures detailed below.) must be issued to prevent SCP-XXXX from entering Stage Beta.
Stage Beta: Stage Beta is considered having begun when SCP-XXXX-1 severs its bond with the fungi on the floor of the bathtub and steps from the tub. At this point SCP-XXXX-1 is to be considered sentient. Capable of basic thought and problem solving. It's cognition abilities will increase farther over the next 10 minutes. This is the final abort point before potential damage and/loss of life well be likely to occur.
Stage Gamma: At this point SCP-XXXX-1 Is capable of advance problem solving. SCP-XXXX-1 will attempt to exit containment first through physical means. Then using it's Light-Fractaloring and/or spores. During this stage SCP-XXXX-1 will lash out at anything and anyone it sees. It appears to have to clear set goal except to dismantle.
Stage Delta: After 48 hours SCP-XXXX-1 and any copies of SCP-XXXX-1 made via spores and/or light Fractaloring will disintegrate.
Abort Procedure: Abort should be normally executed in Stage Alpha. The Fungi is to be scrapped from the tub and incinerated as soon is growth is captured on security feed. Security feed is to then to be shut down in case any remaining fungi engage in Light-Fractaloring. In case of Stage Beta being reached four armed guards are to accompany an anomaly neutralization crew using frag shot to break SCP-XXXX-1 into smaller pieces, before being collected for incineration. In stage Gamma a full security unit must be dispatched to attempt to keep SCP-XXXX-1 in one centralized location. If SCP-XXXX-1 escapes containment all security systems must be shut down in the wings of the building any SCP-XXXX-1 anomaly's are located.
