Description: SCP-XXXX are 7 US Marine Corps War Memorial figurines created by a veteran, which will be referred to as John Doe for legal reasons, who participated in the Battle of Iwo Jima. The figurines have a special affect on all documents, spoken or physical writings of words, measurements, names, and accents. The figurine also appears to have an affect on digital documents and typed words, even if the figurine may just be a picture. The figurines most worrying thing that it effects, the metric measurement system.

The figurines were found spread across schools in the state of Kansas. The placement of the figurines caused the schools documents, records, and classes to change greatly. The figurine prevented students from learning new languages and presenting the languages known by them. Although this helped the foreign students and parents who have immigrated help communicate.

John Doe said he did this to cause the different languages, the metric system, and other things he deems to be "unamerican" to be forgotten by the children and to prevent "unamerican" things from "taking over." He did not like the idea of America becoming a "copy of the UK."
