Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5619 is being held at Site 104 under heavy quarantine, any Civilian or staff member who has contact with SCP-5619 is to go under extreme decontamination procedures, if by unexpected chance a subject infected with SCP-5619 is to escape they are to be terminated, and any locations that they have been are to be quarantined.

Description: SCP-5619 is a microcellular disease that infects most mammals, testing with reptiles suggests that while they are unaffected by SCP-5619’s effects there is still a high chance of death due to contact with the disease, mammals affected with SCP-5619 gain the most prominent physical trait of the next object/creature they touch, unfortunately most subjects affected with this have come out as abominations dying soon after they have obtained the physical traits, surprisingly contact with clothes does not affect the infected, but most substances including rubber, plastic, and gem/metallic objects do affect the infected. While subjects already transformed by SCP-5619 can’t transform again they do still carry the disease. The subjects retain their mental ability for a varying amount of time.

Incident 5619-1: On 11-3-2008 an instance of SCP-5619 infected a civilian tending to birds, the result caused him to grow wing in the form of his arms bending into odd positions until the transformation was over, the subject has reported that the pain was unbearable and he was barely able to survive the transformation, soon after he went insane and tried to attack everyone close to him, he was quickly terminated.
